摘要

感,少数品种经渍水锻炼后各指标进一步下降。例如,汶农17经渍水锻炼后,产量、千粒重、收获指数、可溶性糖等指标均低于直接渍水。小麦不同指标对渍水锻炼的敏感程度也存在差异,其中,RAP等锻炼系数较大,而穗数的锻炼系数较小。采用主成分分析将9个指标综合成两个相互独立的综合指标,其累计贡献率为79.3%,根据主成分综合得分评价值进行系统聚类分析,将20个品种分为渍水锻炼敏感和渍水锻炼不敏感两大类,前者包括衡4399等11个品种,后者包括科源088等9个品种。本试验探究了不同基因型响应渍水锻炼的差异及生理机制,可为小麦抗渍栽培技术提供理论支撑。
Effects of waterlogging priming on plant response to waterlogging stress in different wheat genotypes
ABSTRACT
In order to define the differences of the response of different wheat varieties to waterlogging priming and the physiological mechanism of them, and sift the sensitive varieties to waterlogging priming, 20 wheat varieties commonly used in production are selected for pot experiment. priming coefficient of 9 indexes in three categories of different wheat varieties were analyzed——yield, dry matter transport and physiological mechanism. Through principal component analysis and cluster analysis, a comprehensive evaluation was made. The main research results are as follows:Under waterlogging, the physiological indexes of most wheat varieties which were treated by waterlogging priming are greater than those without treatment, but some varieties are not sensitive to waterlogging priming, and physiological indexes of a few varieties have further decreased after waterlogging priming. For example, after the waterlogging priming, WN 17s yield, thousand kernel weight, harvest index, soluble sugar were all lower than those under direct waterlogging. The sensitivity of different indexes to waterlogging priming also exists differences. Among them, the priming coefficients of RAP is higher, while the exercise coefficients of spike number is lower. Principal component analysis is used to synthesize 9 indexes into four independent comprehensive indexes with a cumulative contribution rate of 79.3%. According to the evaluation value of the principal component comprehensive score, the system cluster analysis was carried out. The 20 varieties were divided into two major categories —— sensitive to waterlogging priming and insensitive to waterlogging priming. The former includes 11 varieties such as Heng 4399 and the latter includes 9 varieties such as KY 088. This experiment explored the difference and physiological mechanism of different genotypes in response to waterlogging exercise, which can provide theoretical support for wheat antistain cultivation technology.
