畜禽粪便中的抗生素和抗性基因污染——基于文献数据的研究
摘要
为了对畜禽粪便中的抗生素和抗性基因的污染状况进行调查,并对之进行综述,作者从中国知网以及WEB OF SCIENCE等数据库进行相关文献的检索,通过设置畜禽粪便;抗生素;抗性基因;耐药细菌关键词,搜索到国内外相关文献60篇,知悉了国内外各类畜禽粪便中的抗生素与抗性基因的污染现况,并将各类粪便中抗生素、抗性基因污染状况进行列举、比较,对抗性基因与相关因素进行相关性分析,得出如下结论:(1)猪粪、牛粪和家禽类粪便中都面临着包括四环素类、磺胺类、喹诺酮类和大环内酯类抗生素抗性基因的污染;(2)不同粪便中抗生素抗性基因拷贝数差别较大,其中,猪粪的含量一般高于家禽粪便和牛粪,其中抗生素抗性基因拷贝数与畜禽种类、饲喂状况和养殖方式等有关;(3)根据现有数据的相关性分析,抗性基因均与饲料中的主要抗生素浓度显著相关,但并不是所有的抗生素与同种类的抗性基因存在着很好的相关性。

ABSTRACT
In order to investigate the contamination status of antibiotics and antibiotic resistance genes in excrements of livestocsk, the author searched relevant literatures from CNKCN and WEB OF SCIENCE databases, and set up the keywords of livestock manure, antibiotics, ARGs and drugresistant bacteria, 60 literatures related are searched at home and abroad, the current conditions of antibiotics and antibiotic resistance genes in all kinds of animal manure at home and abroad are inquired, compared and illustrated, the correlation analysis between ARGs and related factors are elaborated, coming the following conclusions: (1) the pig manure、cow dung and poultry dung are facing the pollution of antibiotics including Tetracycline, Sulfonamide, Quinolone and Macrolides; (2) the copy number of antibiotic resistance genes in different manure varies greatly, among which, the content of antibiotic resistance genes in manure is mainly related to the species of livestock and poultry, feeding conditions and breeding methods; (3)according to the correlation analysis of the existing data, the resistance genes are significantly related to the concentration of major antibiotics in the feed. However, not all antibiotics have a good correlation with the corresponding type of resistance genes.
