随着高校的扩招和经济形势的变化，大学生就业问题越来越突出，大学生是否能够完成职业社会化成为解决目前大学生就业问题的关键。高校就业实践型社团为大学生职业社会化提供了平台和资源，在提升大学生综合素质和就业力方面起到了非常重要的作用。探究大学生在就业实践型社团的职业社会化过程路径有哪些及结果是什么具有重要的研究价值，本文采用个案研究方法，通过对大学就业实践型社团的部分管理干部进行了半结构式访谈，从而得出大学生职业社会化过程主要呈现出三种不同路径，但最终能够完成职业意识、职业价值观和职业能力等社会化结果的重要结论。

Abstract：With the expansion of college enrollment and the change of the economic situation, the problem of College Students employment is becoming more and more prominent. It is the key to solve the problem of College Students employment that college students can complete their career socialization. The practical employment associations provide a platform and resources for college students professional socialization, and play a very important role in promoting the comprehensive quality and employability of College students. Research on the college students employment practice in community occupation socialization process path which and what is the result has important research value, this paper adopts the case study method, through the management cadres of Nanjing Agricultural University employment practice Association conducted semistructured interviews, so that the process of college students occupation socialization mainly shows three different paths. An important conclusion but ultimately to complete the occupation consciousness, occupation values and the occupation ability of social results .

一、问题提出
大学生作为祖国发展的中流砥柱，其自身的职业社会化具有非常重要的意义。大学生作为社会当中一个比较特殊的群体，在步入社会之前处于相对弱势的地位，但未来他们可能成为社会各领域、各阶层的领导者或专家能手。从大学生未来的社会地位、所肩负的历史使命来说，大学生职业社会化意义重大[1]。顺利的大学生职业社会化可以帮助大学生实现由学生角色向社会职业人角色的有效转换，促进其未来的职业发展。而就业实践型社团是大学生实现其自身职业社会化的重要场所和平台，目前研究高校就业实践型社团在大学生职业社会化进程中作用的文献较为丰富，但往往多是大学生职业社会化的结果研究，对大学生在就业实践型社团中的职业社会化过程研究甚少[2]。本研究以高校就业实践型社团为例，关注大学生在就业实践型社团中的职业社会化过程，以进一步完善有关大学生职业社会化过程的研究，深入探究大学生在就业实践型社团中的社会化过程。
