RESEARCH ON COMPREHENSIVE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF FARMERS’ SPECIALIZED COOPERATIVES
——TAKING JINGTOU TOWNSHIP AND ZAOHE TOWNSHIP AS EXAMPLES
ABSTRACT
Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a new type of agricultural business entity represented by farmers’ professional cooperatives has gradually become an important starting point for rural revitalization, which will drive farmers to increase production and income, improve the quality of agricultural development, promote agricultural modernization, and promote agricultural supplyside structural reforms. the goal. Based on transaction cost theory, principalagent theory, and performance evaluation theory, this paper randomly selects 16 professional farmer cooperatives in Jingtou Township and Zaohe Town as evaluation samples, and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct a system with 13 threelevel indicators. The performance index evaluation system of fruit cooperatives assigns weights to each evaluation index to make it pass the random consistency test. Then, the original data with different quantity units and grades is nondimensionalized, and each individual item is calculated by linear weighting. Index performance and comprehensive performance, and perform a total ranking, and finally draw corresponding conclusions. On this basis, it focuses on the analysis of the three different farmer professional cooperative models in the two places, and draws the current common problems in the professional cooperatives in Jingtou Township and Zaohe Town: (1) Largescale and low degree of organization; (2) The internal management system is not perfect; (3) Development is limited to a single area; (4) Government support needs to be strengthened. This article puts forward the following suggestions to improve the comprehensive performance level of farmers professional cooperatives. Cooperatives should (1) integrate characteristic resources to achieve scale operation; (2) introduce professional talents to improve the quality of members; (3) establish its own brand and focus on quality control. The government should (1) promote joint operations and deepen the level of cooperation; (2) implement supporting policies and actively guide services.
