ABSTRACT
Based on the existing literature, combined with the existing research content, this paper mainly takes Jiangsu Province as an example, from the aspects of organizational structure, internal strength, democratic management, financial management, talent management, etc., studies the development status of farmers professional cooperatives in operation and management, and understands the advantages and problems in the development process of cooperatives, In view of the factors influencing the development of standardized operation and management of farmers professional cooperatives in China, this paper analyzes from both internal and external aspects, focusing on the internal factors, including the internal management system of cooperatives, the democratic mechanism of cooperatives, the financial management system of cooperatives, the supervision mechanism of cooperatives, and the selfcultivation of cooperative members; The external, such as the governments support and the gap of economic strength between regions, summed up the deficiencies and defects in the operation and management of farmers professional cooperatives. On the basis of the previous research, in view of some nonstandard problems in the operation and management of farmers professional cooperatives, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to effectively promote the farmers professional cooperatives to the standardization and innovation Specialized development to further promote the development of modern agriculture.
