摘 要
随着江苏省互联网基础设施建设的完善和廉价移动设备的普及，农户更加深入参与到信息化浪潮中，农村地区由于以往二元分割所处的信息劣势地位得到一定改善。信息获取渠道的拓宽和获取费用的降低可能会提升农户的市场化水平，对农户的生产决策产生重要影响，因此对这一信息化过程作用的研究对帮助小农户融入大市场、促进农业现代化可能具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT
With the improvement of Internet infrastructure construction and the popularization of cheap mobile devices in Jiangsu Province, farmers are more deeply involved in the tide of informatization, and the status of lack of information in rural areas due to the previous urbanrural dual structure has been improved to a certain extent. The broadening of information access channels and the reduction of access costs may enhance the marketization of farmers and have an important impact on their decisions. Therefore, the research on the role of this informationization process may be of great significance to help small farmers integrate into the big market and promote agricultural modernization.
From the micro perspective of farmer, this paper mainly studies the production behavior of planting specialization. Based on the panel data of fixed observation points in rural areas of Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2020, the analysis based on the random effects model shows that the improvement of informatization level has a significant positive impact on farmers planting specialization level and commercialization rate, and the impact is still significant through the robustness test. In terms of the influence mechanism, this paper argues that Internet use can have a significant impact on farmers production decisions by reducing their potential transaction costs and improving agricultural production efficiency. By grouping regression and adding dummy variables, this paper found that in terms of crop differences and regional differences, the impact of this effect on cash crops was more significant than that on food crops, and the impact on southern Jiangsu was more significant than that on northern Jiangsu. Other control variables, such as socialized service purchase, agricultural product market risk and land fragmentation degree, also have a significant impact on the degree of planting specialization.
