However, the overall development level of Chinas farmer professional cooperatives is relatively lagging, and they are facing many challenges in the process of modernization, especially in the construction of agricultural informatization, which is restricted in many aspects. However, the development of agricultural informatization with "Internet +" as the core is an important opportunity for cooperatives to develop and grow. Therefore, the research analyzes the case of A professional cooperative based on the significance of the development of agricultural informatization by farmer professional cooperatives and the related mechanism of "Internet +" and cooperative development. First, the research introduces the establishment process and production and operation of the cooperative, and then explores its status and difficulties of informatization, and finds that "Internet + marketing" is the shortcoming of the cooperative.
