引言
3.完善相关法律法规，加强政策宣传力度
我国关于农业补贴方面的法律法规少之又少，但为了促进农业和农村发展、稳定农业经济、保障农民和生产者的利益，相应的法律法规是十分必要的。使农业补贴有法可依，粮食生产和农业经营才能得到有效保障。同时应加大政策和相关法律法规的宣传力度，充分发挥其导向作用，引导农民进行规范和科学的粮食生产。
