主要目的是厘清江苏农户农业生产性投资的总体情况及其发展，找出农户农业生产性投资的主要影响因素，并为推动农户农业生产性投资提出相应的合理建议。因此，本文借鉴前人就相关问题的研究模式，首先梳理了江苏农户农业投资的现状、特点及发展状况。其次，论文介绍了农业投资影响因素的主要研究方法。本文通过多元线性回归模型，利用STATA软件对江苏省2012年和2015年的面板数据进行处理，从而得出相关分析数据结果，然后文章根据实证研究的结果，对影响江苏农户农业生产性投资的主要因素进行了更深入的探讨分析，得出农地流转、化肥价格和农产品售出额可能是影响农业生产投资的重要因素。最后针对这些影响因素，就推动农户农业生产性投资这一问题，提出了几点相关建议，包括土地产权、农资补贴、农产品价格等方面。本文对江苏农户农业生产性投资的研究丰富了我国整体农业投资的相关研究成果，对指导农户进行农业投资具有一定的实践意义，同时也有助于给政府制定政策措施提供理论支持。
ANALYSIS ON THE FACTORS INFLUENCING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVE INVESTMENT OF FARMERS IN JIANGSU PROVINCE
ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this paper is to clarify the overall situation and development of agricultural productive investment of farmers in Jiangsu Province, find out the main influencing factors of agricultural productive investment of farmers, and put forward corresponding reasonable suggestions for promoting agricultural productive investment of farmers. Therefore, based on the previous research model on related issues, this paper first combs the current situation, characteristics and development of agricultural investment of Jiangsu farmers. Secondly, the paper introduces the main research methods of influencing factors of agricultural investment. Based on the multiple linear regression model, this paper uses Stata software to process the panel data of Jiangsu Province in 2012 and 2015, so as to obtain the relevant analysis data results. Then, according to the results of empirical research, this paper makes a more indepth discussion and Analysis on the main factors affecting the agricultural productive investment of Jiangsu farmers, and obtains the conclusion that land circulation, land use, land use and land use are the main factors affecting the agricultural productive investment of Jiangsu farmers The price of chemical fertilizer and the amount of agricultural products sold may be important factors affecting the investment in agricultural production. Finally, in view of these factors, this paper puts forward some suggestions on Promoting Farmers agricultural productive investment, including land property rights, agricultural subsidies, agricultural product prices and so on.The research on Jiangsu farmers agricultural productive investment enriches the relevant research results of Chinas overall agricultural investment, has certain practical significance to guide farmers agricultural investment, and also helps to provide theoretical support for the government to formulate policies and measures.
