农村生活垃圾处理现状、影响因素及其对策研究——以南通市海门区为例
摘 要
随着现代化进程的推进，农村地区经济发展迅速，消费水平提高。随之而来的就是生活垃圾排放量的迅速增加，治理难度增强，居民的生活环境和农业环境遭到破坏，农村环境面临严重挑战。本文以南通市海门区为例，从村庄和居民个人两个层面对农村生活垃圾处理的现状进行研究，并对潜在影响因素进行描述性分析，最后提出有效对策。本文采用文献研究法对国内外有关文献进行比较分析，以问卷调查法和访谈分析法对目标地区进行实地考察。经研究发现，村民有较高的环保意识且对生活垃圾处理持积极态度，村民的文化程度、年收入、认知情况、村庄垃圾点数量对其支付生活垃圾处理服务的意愿有正向影响，年龄与之呈负相关；年龄、垃圾点数量与生活垃圾处理支付费用区间呈负相关，文化程度、年收入、认知程度与之呈正相关。
RESEARCH ON CURRENT SITUATION, INFLUENCING FACTORS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF RURALDOMESTIC WASTE TREATMENT TAKING HAIMEN DISTRICT OF NANTONG AS AN EXAM
ABSTRACT
With the advancement of modernization, the economy in rural areas has developed rapidly and the consumption level has been continuously improved. As a result, the discharge of household garbage increases sharply, and the control becomes more difficult. As a result, the living environment of residents and the agricultural environment are destroyed, and the rural environment is facing severe challenges. Taking Haimen District of Nantong City as an example, this paper studies the current situation of rural solid waste disposal from the perspectives of village and individual residents, and makes a descriptive analysis of the potential influencing factors, and finally puts forward effective countermeasures. This paper adopts literature research method to compare and analyze relevant literatures at home and abroad. Questionnaire survey method and interview analysis method are used to conduct field investigation in the target area. It is found that villagers have a strong awareness of environmental protection and have a positive attitude towards MSW treatment. Villagers educational level, annual income, cognition and the number of village garbage sites have a positive impact on their willingness to pay for garbage disposal services, while their age has a negative correlation with it. Age and the number of garbage sites are negatively correlated with the range of MSW treatment cost, while education level, annual income and cognitive level are positively correlated.
