农村养老模式对农村老年人健康的影响
摘 要
近年来，随着我国人口老龄化问题的加重，老龄健康受到越来越多的人关注，研究养老模式对农村老年人健康的影响在当前背景下十分迫切。笔者阅读了大量相关文献，对老年人健康测量指标、健康影响因素以及养老模式做出了梳理。不少学者认同养老模式对老年健康有重要影响，但二者的关系却很少人研究，且农村老年人这一群体作为社会的弱势群体常常受到忽视，特别是现有的研究多关注老年人这一群体，但比较少涉猎农村老年人这个群体；现有的文献大多关注生理健康问题，乡村老年人心理健康状况关注不足。因此本文利用2013年、2015年、2018年三期的CHARLS数据做面板数据，分析我国社会养老和家庭养老对乡村老年人健康的影响，并得出结论：以子 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072^ 
女代际支持为代表的家庭养老比以每月领取新农保的金额为代表的社会养老对乡村老年人的健康水平有明显促进作用，这也符合当下农村地区家庭养老是养老模式的主流；本文的实证结果没有显现出社会养老在促进乡村老年人健康上的积极作用，但不能否认新农保制度对当下的农村地区已经带来了的正面影响；农村老年人精神健康指数远低于躯体健康，应加大关注农村老年人精神健康问题。
THE EFFECT OF RURAL OLDAGE MODEL ON THE HEALTH OF RURAL ELDERLY
ABSTRACT
In recent years,with the seriousness of the aging of the population in our country,the health of the aged has paid more attention. It is very urgent to study the influence of pension model on the health of the elderly in rural areas under the current background. The author has read lots of relevant literature and sorted out the elderly health measurement indexes, health influencing factors and pension mode. Many scholars agree that the oldage care model has an important influence on the health of the aged, but the relationship between the two is rarely studied,and the rural elderly as a vulnerable group in society is often ignored. In particular,the existing studies mostly focus on the elderly but less on the rural elderly. Most of the existing literature focuses on the physical health problems,but not enough on the mental health of the elderly in rural areas. Therefore,this paper made use of the CHARLS database in 2013,2015 and 2018 as panel data to analyze the impact of social and family endowment on the health of rural elderly people in China ,and drew the following conclusions: The family endowment represented by the intergenerational support of children has a significant effect on the health level of the rural elderly compared with the social endowment represented by the monthly amount of the new rural insurance,which is also in line with the current rural family endowment model is the mainstream of the oldage pension; The empirical results of this paper do not show the positive role of social endowment in promoting the health of the elderly in rural areas,but it cannot be denied that the new rural insurance system has brought a positive impact on the current rural areas. The mental health index of the elderly in rural areas is much lower than the physical health,so more attention should be paid to the mental health of the elderly in rural areas.
