摘 要
致病杆菌属(Xenorhabdus)细菌与斯氏线虫科(Steinernematida)昆虫病原线虫互惠共生,在与线虫形成共生体并成功入侵寄主昆虫后,可以产生多种具有不同生物学活性的次级代谢产物,帮助共生体完成生命周期。从其中的伯氏致病杆菌(X. bovienii)的不同菌株中已经分离出多种具有杀虫活性、抗菌活性甚至抗肿瘤活性的次级代谢产物,包括蛋白质、肽、二硫吡咯衍生物、吲哚衍生物、苯并吡喃衍生物和一些新发现的活性物质。本研究对1991年至今从包括伯氏致病杆菌在内的共生菌中分离的共生菌代谢产物进行调查。结果表明目前从伯氏致病杆菌中已发现11类50余种活性物质,超过80%的次级代谢产物为蛋白质、肽类、吲哚类和二硫吡咯类物质;2010年以后,关于共生菌次级代谢产物的研究重心已经从杀虫蛋白的分离纯化逐步转移至发现新的抗菌小分子和抗菌肽;具有杀虫活性的次级代谢产物 *51今日免费论文网|www.jxszl.com +Q: ¥351916072$

SECONDARY METABOLITES AND THEIR FUNCTIONS OF XENORHABDUS BOVINEII
ABSTRACT
Bacteria of genera Xenorhabdus are entomopathogenic bacteria, which possess symbiotic association with entomopathogenic nematodes and high pathogenicity against insect pests. These bacteria can produce various kinds of secondary metabolites with different biological activities to help the symbionts complete their life cycle. Numerous secondary metabolites from Xenorhabdus bovienii has been isolated from different strains, they have insecticidal activity, antibacterial activity and even antitumor activity, including proteins, peptides, dithiopyrrole derivatives, indole derivatives, benzopyran derivatives and other newly discovered substances. This study investigated that more than 50 secondary metabolites in 11 categories from bacteria of the genus Xenorhabdus after 1991 were discovered, more than 80% of which are proteins, peptides, indoles and dithiopyrrole. After 2010, the research focus of secondary metabolites has gradually shifted from the isolation and purification of insecticidal proteins to the discovery of new antimicrobial small molecules and antimicrobial peptides. The secondary metabolites with insecticidal activity are mostly proteins and the metabolites with antimicrobial activity are mostly peptides and small molecules. X. bovienii has possessed the biggest quantity of species and number of metabolites among all of bacteria of the genera Xenorhabdus, and are most widely used in practice.
