THE DESIGN OF THE PRODUCTION LINE OF 10 TONS PER DAY QUICK FROZEN VEGETABLES
ABSTRACT
The design is for the production line of 10 tons per day quick frozen vegetables. The quick frozen vegetable production line is a food production line which enables fresh vegetables to be processed, screened, sorted, scalded, refrigerated and frozen. After all fresh seasonal vegetables can become longterm preserved dry vegetable products. Because the quick frozen vegetables do not need to be washed or cut.They can be thawed directly when they are used, which has the advantage of convenient eating without seasonality. The products of quick frozen vegetables are not only limited to a single variety of vegetables, but also can mix a variety of vegetables to attract the attention of consumers in appearance and provide a wider range of nutrition.So the production line has a considerable market demand. Based on the investigation of the current situation of the frozen vegetable market in China and the world, the design plans the frozen vegetable production line with a daily output of 10 tons with fully consideration of the actual conditions and market demand. According to the production requirements, strictly design and calculate the process flow and material balance.Carefully design the workshop and select the most important equipment. And estimate the consumption and cost of water, electricity and steam. Under the premise of ensuring the output, the design fully considers the current economic situation and future development needs. putting production safety first all the time, it refines the production process and improves the mechanization and automation level of the production line, making it have a strong competitiveness.
