摘要
莲藕为我国极重要的水生蔬菜，桂花糯米藕是在江浙一带流行的中国传统美食。目前市场上的桂花糯米藕多为现做现销的模式，保质期较短，且生产桂花糯米藕的工厂也多采用家庭作坊式，产品质量风味难以保证。为了保证桂花糯米藕产品的品质良好稳定并延长产品保质期，本桂花糯米藕的工厂设计，以可行性为基础，依据相关标准与法规，结合相关生产经验和市场供需情况，进行年产3500吨的桂花糯米藕生产加工流水线设计。本设计包含厂址选择、工艺论证、管路设计、总平面设计和车间设计等多个方面，并且绘制车间平面图、总平面图、毛锟清洗机图和高温杀菌釜图等主要单机设备图，符合市场生产规律，满足实际生产需要。
PLANT DESIGN WITH AN ANNUAL OUTPUT OF 3500 TONS OF OSMANTHUS FGLUTINOUS RICE LOTUS ROOT
ABSTRACT
Lotus root is an important aquatic vegetable in China. Lotus root with osmanthus flower and glutinous rice is a popular traditional Chinese food in jiangsu and zhejiang provinces.At present, the osmanthus glutinous rice lotus root on the market is mostly made and sold now, with a short shelf life. Moreover, the factories producing osmanthus glutinous rice lotus root also adopt the homecooking style, so the product quality and flavor are difficult to guarantee.In order to ensure the good quality and stability of osmanthus glutinous rice lotus root products and extend the shelf life of the products, this factory design of osmanthus glutinous rice lotus root is based on the feasibility, according to the relevant standards and regulations, combined with the relevant production experience and market supply and demand, to design the production and processing line with an annual output of 3500 tons of osmanthus glutinous rice lotus root.This design includes the site selection, process demonstration, pipeline design, general plane design and workshop design, and draw the workshop plan, the general plan, the gross roller cleaning machine diagram and the hightemperature sterilization kettle diagram and other main singlemachine equipment diagram, in line with the market production law, to meet the actual production needs.
