DESIGN OF DARK BEER FACTORY WITH AN ANNUAL OUTPUT OF 100,000 TONS
ABSTRACT
In recent years, industry data shows that industrial beer sales have been on a downward trend, while highend beer has become the new favorite of beer consumers. Black beer, as a rising star in the huge beer family, because of his novelty and unique taste, which satisfies consumers pursuit of highend and novel tastes and sensory requirements, so the market prospect is optimistic. Highquality dark beer will emit a unique malt aroma, pure taste, fullbodied aroma, killing mouth and rich in nutrients, with beauty and health care effects. This paper takes the design of a dark beer factory with an annual output of 100,000 tons of dark beer as an example, introduces the development history, prospect and the purpose of the dark beer factory construction. Elaborate on the process of producing dark beer and for some important processes such as saccharification, fermentation, etc. The selection of suitable plant sites, general layout design and workshop layout composition were described. The detail of material calculation and water and electricity calculation of dark beer production were described. To destroy the natural environment, this article will also include the treatment of the three wastes.
