年产100吨葡萄籽油生产线的设计
摘 要
葡萄籽是葡萄加工副产物的重要组成部分,含油量1417%。葡萄籽油中不饱和脂肪酸含量高达85%,还有多酚、维生素、矿物质等活性成分,营养保健价值极高,具有抗氧化、防衰老等多种功效,可应用于食品、医药、化妆品等领域。本文主要是对年产量为100吨的葡萄籽油工厂和生产线的设计,以设计规范为依据,本着技术上先进、经济上合理的原则,结合厂区周围环境、资源等条件,分析项目建设的可行性,进行总平面布置,以油脂生产加工技术为基础,对比分析后决定采用溶剂浸出法提取葡萄籽油,进而确定工艺流程、产品方案,并进行物料衡算、设备选型、劳动力定员计算,水电汽用量的估算,提出了对工厂卫生方面的要求,并运用技术经济分析预估投资回收期为2年6个月,同时使用AutoCAD软件绘制粉碎机和油脂萃取器两个设备,以及工厂总平面图、车间平面图、设备流程图和水电气管路图。
PRODUCTION LINE DESIGN OF GRAPE SEED OIL WITH ANNUAL OUTPUT OF 100 TONS
ABSTRACT
Grape seed is an important byproduct of grape processing, with an oil content of 1417%. The content of unsaturated fatty acid in grape seed oil is as high as 85%, and there are other active ingredients, such as polyphenols, vitamins, minerals, which has a high value of nutrition. It has antioxidant, antiaging and other functions, and can be used in food, medicine, cosmetics and other fields. This article mainly focuses on the design of a factory with an annual output of 100 tons of grape seed oil. Based on the design specifications and principle of advanced technology and reasonable expenditure, combined with the surrounding environment, resources of the factory area, to analyze the feasibility of the project and carry out the general layout. Based on the technology of oil production and processing, solvent extraction was decided to extract grape seed oil after comparative analysis, thus production process, product scheme, and material balance were determined. In addition, equipment selection, labor calculation, estimation of water, electricity and steam consumption, requirements for factory sanitation were also carried out. And using technical and economic analysis, the investment payback period is estimated to be 2 years and 6 months. At the same time, AutoCAD software is used to draw the main equipment grinder and oil extractor, as well as the factory general layout, workshop layout, equipment flowchart and piping diagram.
