苜蓿茶树间作系统对植物生长的影响
摘要
中国饮茶有4700多年的历史,茶树多年单作会产生其许多问题,影响茶叶的产量品质,通过茶树与其他植物间作可以有效地改善多年单作茶树的连作问题。在茶树与苜蓿的间作中,发现间作模式下的茶树与苜蓿的与单作的茶树和苜蓿相比,间作的茶树和苜蓿生长周期更短。为了研究苜蓿茶树间作产生这种影响的原因,通过盆栽实验,验证茶树与苜蓿间作是否能够促进茶树和苜蓿的生长,结果发现相同的栽种条件(间作或单作)下,接种根瘤菌的植物(苜蓿和茶树)长势更好;相同的接种条件(接种或不接种根瘤菌)下,间作的植物(苜蓿和茶树)长势更好;其中接种根瘤菌后间作组与单作组的差距更为明显,并且间作组固氮酶活性最高,说明茶树与苜蓿间作对两种植物生长有促进作用,且对根瘤菌固氮酶活性有一定影响。为了研究茶树对根瘤菌结瘤固氮能力的影响,通过构建lacZnodA翻译融合表达载体,利用茶 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072
树根系分泌物对构建后的根瘤菌进行诱导培养,结果发现茶树根系分泌物可以诱导根瘤菌结瘤基因nodA的表达。结果表明:茶树苜蓿间套作系统对双方植物生长均体现促进作用,并且茶树通过根系分泌物促进根瘤菌在苜蓿上的共生固氮效果。
EFFECT OF THE ALFAFATEA PLANT SYSTEM ON PLANT GROWTH
ABSTRACT
Tea drinking in China has a history of more than 4700 years. Many years of single cropping of tea trees will cause many problems, affecting the yield and quality of tea. In the intercropping of tea tree and alfalfa, it was found that the growth period of tea tree and alfalfa in the intercropping mode is shorter than that of the monoculture tea tree and alfalfa. In order to study the cause of this effect of alfalfatea intercropping, through pot experiments, it was verified whether tea and alfalfa intercropping can promote the growth of tea and alfalfa. (Alfalfa and tea trees) grow better; under the same inoculation conditions (inoculated or not inoculated with rhizobia), intercropping plants (alfalfa and tea trees) grow better; the gap between the intercropping group and the single crop group after inoculation with rhizobia Obviously, and the nitrogenase activity of the intercropping group is the highest, indicating that tea and alfalfa intercropping can promote the growth of the two plants, and have a certain effect on the rhizobium nitrogenase activity.In order to study the effect of tea plant on the nodulation and nitrogen fixation ability of rhizobia, the lacZnodA translation fusion expression vector was constructed, and the root rhizobia of tea tree was used to induce the cultured rhizobia. It was found that the root exudates of tea plants can induce the expression of nodA, a nodule gene of Rhizobium. The results showed that the teaalfalfa intercropping system promoted the growth of both plants, and the tea plant promoted the symbiotic nitrogen fixation of rhizobia on alfalfa through root exudates.
