摘要
为了充分利用杏树废弃枝条,增加农民收入,解决香菇生产原料不足的问题,本文探索利用杏树枝条作为主要原料栽培香菇。本研究以不同品种香菇为试验材料,杏树木屑为主要栽培基质,通过比较菌丝生长速率、纤维素酶活性(包括纤维素内切酶活性)及生物量,筛选出最适的香菇品种,再利用最适香菇品种研究开发栽培基质。研究结果表明,相比较其他几个品种,香菇‘F2’在生长上有一定的优势。香菇‘F2’在栽培基质含水量为60%,颗粒度为40目时长势最好。最适合杏树枝条栽培的香菇品种的确定,栽培基质物理参数 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ¥351916072¥

THE SELECTION OF LENTINUS EDODES VARIETIES SUITABLE FOR CULTIVATION USING APRICOT BRANCHES AND DEVELOPMENT OF CULTIVATION SUBSTRATE
ABSTRACT
In order to make full use of the abandoned apricot branches, increase farmers income and solve the problem of insufficient raw materials for the production of Lentinus edodes, this paper explores the cultivation of Lentinus edodes with the apricot branches as the main raw materials. In this study, different varieties of Lentinus edodes were used as experimental materials and apricot sawdust as main cultivation substrate. By comparing the mycelial growth rate, cellulase activity(including endocellulase activity) and biomass, the most suitable varieties of Lentinus edodes were selected, and then the most suitable varieties of Lentinus edodes were used to develop cultivation substrate. The results showed that Lentinus edodes ‘F2’ had some advantages in growth compared with others. Lentinus edodes ‘F2’ grew best when its moisture content is 60% and its particle size is 40 mesh. The most suitable variety of Lentinus edodes for cultivation using apricot branches as substrate is determined, and the optimization of the physical parameters of the cultivation substrate is helpful for the followup study of the production of Lentinus edodes using apricot branches as substrate.
