摘 要
干旱是棉花生长发育过程中的首要逆境胁迫因子,其会导致棉花产量降低,品质变劣。本研究以棉花品种德夏棉1号(耐旱品种)和豫早棉9110(干旱敏感品种)为材料,通过在花铃期施加不同(土壤相对含水量(SRWC)维持在(75±5)%、(60±5)%和(45±5)%三个水平)的土壤水分处理,研究花铃期持续土壤干旱下棉花生育动态、各器官生物量积累的变化规律。结果表明:(1)土壤干旱导致棉花光合速率下降,叶面积扩展受限,棉花的光合能力显著下降。(2)随土壤干旱 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072^
胁迫程度的加深,棉株根系活力下降,且干旱胁迫程度越深,根系活力下降幅度越大。(3)随土壤干旱胁迫程度的加深,棉株各器官干物质积累量降低,且生物量向生殖器官的分配比例下降,蕾铃脱落率增加。(4)花铃期持续土壤干旱会降低棉花的根系载铃量和根系载荷能力,且加剧地上部和地下部、营养器官和生殖器官的生理不协调性。
EFFECTS OF SOIL DROUGHT DURING FLOWERING AND BOLLFORMING STAGE ON BOLLCARRYING CAPACITY OF COTTON ROOT SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
Drought is the primary stress factor in the growth and development of cotton. It will lead to cotton yield loss and quality deterioration. In this study, the cotton varieties Dexiamian 1 (droughttolerant variety) and Yuzaomian 9110 (droughtsensitive variety) were used as materials. Different soil water treatments were established (soil relative water content (SRWC) (75±5)%, (60±5)% and (45±5)%) at the flowering and bollforming stage. The cotton growth dynamics and biomass accumulation of different organs were studied. The results were as follows: (1) soil drought reduced the photosynthetic rate of cotton, limited the expansion of leaf area, and reduced the photosynthetic capacity of cotton significantly. (2) with the decreasing of SRWC, the root activity decreased. (3) with the decreasing of SRWC, the dry matter accumulation in all organs of cotton plant decreased, the proportion of biomass to reproductive organs decreased, and the rate of bud and boll abscission increased. (4) the continuous soil drought at flowering and bollforming stage could decrease the bollcarrying capacity of cotton root system, and make the physiological disharmony of aboveground and belowground parts, vegetative organs and reproductive organs deeper.
