油菜抗除草剂突变体的抗性生理分析
摘要
油菜是一种重要的油料作物。农田杂草对油菜的质量及品质造成严重影响,是油菜生产的最主要生物胁迫之一。与传统油菜相比,应用抗除草剂油菜是克服田间草害的重要手段。为研究油菜抗除草剂自然突变体的产生抗性的原因,通过喷施咪唑啉酮类(IMI)除草剂苯磺隆,考察其对抗除草剂油菜自然突变体M9的光合作用和谷胱甘肽含量的影响。结果表明:喷施苯磺隆后,野生型光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率明显下降,细胞间隙CO2浓度上升。除草剂胁迫对突变体光合作用的影响不明显。喷施了苯磺隆的野生型较未喷施的样本,GSH含量先下降后上升,GSSG含量先上升后下降,而突变型处理前后GSH和GSSG含量差异不大。研究结果将为选育抗除草剂油菜新品种提供理论基础。
PHYSIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF HERBICIDE RESISTANT MUTANTS IN BRASSIC NAPUS

Rapeseed is an important oil crop. Weeds in the field seriously affect the quality of rapeseed, which is one of the most important biological stresses in the production. Compared with the traditi *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: &351916072
onal rapeseed, the application of herbicide resistant rapeseed is an important way to overcome the damage of weeds in the field. In order to study the herbicide resistant mechanisms of rapeseed mutant, the effect of IMI herbicide bensulfuron methyl on photosynthesis and glutathione content of rapeseed natural mutant M9 was studied. The results showed that the photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of the wildtype plants decreased significantly and the intercellular CO2 concentration increased after tribenuron methyl treatment. The response of photosynthesis of the mutant to herbicide stress was not obvious. The GSH content of the wild type sprayed with bensulfuron methyl first decreased and then increased, while the GSSG content first increased and then decreased. No significant change was observed in the GSH and GSSG levels between the mutant before and after treatment. The results will provide a theoretical basis for the selection of new herbicide resistant rapeseed varieties.

引言 油菜是一种栽培历史悠久的油料作物,在世界油料作物生产中产量仅次于大豆,居第二位,具有环境适应性强、用途广泛、经济价值高等特点[4]。油菜在我国的农业生产上占据了重要地位,其种植面积几乎达到我国油料作物总种植面积的一半[1]。目前,油菜田杂草的生长严重影响我国油菜生产产量、质量。首先,杂草会与油菜在有限的生长空间内资源使油菜营养生长受限。其次,杂草会携带害虫和病菌,使油菜更容易感染病虫害[4]。据统计,在某些地区的油菜草害面积可占总种植面积的近五成,严重影响了油菜籽的产量和品质[1]。在杂草的防治中,化学防治是目前最具有成效且广泛应用的措施之一。但田间喷施防除双子叶杂草的除草剂会对油菜造成伤害,且随着除草剂的大量使用,抗除草剂杂草品种也越来越多。因此,筛选和培育抗除草剂油菜品种尤为重要。种植抗除草剂油菜有两大优点:首先是可大幅度降低油菜生产成本,如机械化种植可节约人员消耗、减少耕地次数、节约工作时间,其次它效率高并且简单易操作,只需在油菜苗期喷施1~2次除草剂就能消灭杂草[2]。因此,探索除草剂抗性突变体的抗性生理,对于探索抗除草剂品种抗性机理、开发抗除草剂基因及选育抗除草剂油菜新品种,具有重要意义。
