大豆突变体群体萌发期耐盐相关性状的关联分析
摘 要
盐胁迫是导致大豆生产中产量降低的主要非生物胁迫之一。目前大豆耐盐性相关基因研究主要集中于大豆苗期耐盐性,而对萌发期耐盐性的研究相对较少。大豆突变体群体往往与野生型有不同的表型,在育种中能够发挥提高产量、增强抗性、改善品质、提高生产效率等作用。土壤盐渍化速度的不断增加严重限制了大豆的产量及品质,影响大豆的生产。利用“南农864”经60Coƴ射线诱变、EMS化学诱变得到的突变体材料、“南农9416” 经NaN3和60Coƴ射线复合诱变、EMS化学诱变得到的149份突变体材料,进行萌发期耐盐表型性状的鉴定。结合大豆突变体群体分子标记对3个耐盐指数进行全基因组关联分析,共检测到与大豆突变体萌发期耐盐相关的位点5个,均为与相关发芽指数显著相关的SNP标记。以上结果对于耐盐相关性状基因筛选有一定的意义,为寻找与耐盐性关联的SNP位点,并进一步挖掘 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072#

CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF SALTTOLERANT TRAITS IN SOYBEAN MUTANT POPULATION DURING GERMINATION
ABSTRACT
Salt stress is one of the main abiotic stresses in soybean production. At present, studies on genes related to salt tolerance of soybean mainly focus on the salt tolerance of soybean at seedling stage, while studies on the salt tolerance of soybean at germination stage are relatively few. Soybean mutant populations often have different phenotypes from the wild type and can play a role in improving yield, resistance, quality and production efficiency in breeding. The increasing salinization rate of soil seriously restricted the yield and quality of soybean and affected the production of soybean. Use of "south farmers 864" after 60 co ƴ ray mutagenesis, EMS chemical mutagenesis of mutant materials, "south farmers 9416" by NaN3 and 60 co ƴ ray composite EMS mutagenesis, chemistry mutagenesis get 149 mutant materials, to identify the germination period of salt tolerance phenotypes. The genomewide association analysis of 3 salt tolerance indices was carried out in combination with population molecular markers of soybean mutants, and a total of 5 sites related to salt tolerance of soybean mutants during germination were detected, all of which were SNP markers significantly related to the relevant germination index. The above results have certain significance for screening genes of salttolerance traits, and provide some references for searching for SNP loci associated with salt tolerance and further mining candidate genes that may be related to salt tolerance of soybean.
