摘 要
本文通过在相同温度和湿度的植物工厂中设置不同光质的LED光源,研究蓝光对干旱逆境下马铃薯植株的形态、失水率、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔开度、叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性等的影响。以马铃薯“费乌瑞它”品种无菌植株为材料,分别设置蓝光下与白光下的干旱胁迫处理组和正常浇水对照组。结果表明:与白光处理相比,蓝光可以起到矮化壮苗,增大气孔开度、蒸腾速率和净光合速率,增加叶绿素含量,在气孔和光合作用两方面共同提高了叶片的实际光合效率YⅡ的作用。同时还降低了植株中脯氨酸和丙二醛含量以及提高抗氧化酶活性,减少干旱胁迫对细胞的破坏,提高了马铃薯的耐旱性。基于上述结果可得,在生产中适当补给蓝光有利于增强脱毒马铃薯植株的耐旱性。
