摘 要
菜薹是十字花科的芸薹属芸薹种白菜亚种中的一种变种,是一种草本植物,一年至二年生。该植物味道比较甘甜,可以消肿散血,但疮疥、目疾、麻疹患者不建议食用。菜薹作为食物口感甚好,被誉为健康食品,由于其爽口的特殊味道以及药用价值深受人们喜爱。当今全国各地的设施农业发展非常迅速,百姓的物质生活质量逐渐增高,对食品的要求越来越多样化,菜薹也是所需食物之一。随着菜薹的种植面积越来越广,菜薹病害日益严重,尤其是菜薹软腐病。菜薹软腐病是一种植物细菌性软腐病,发生比较普遍并且广泛,对很多地区的经济作物都造成了不同程度的损害,该病害大多发生迅速,较难对其发生进程进行准确有效的控制。本研究采集菜薹软腐病的实验样本,利用实验室中的分离培养技术,并利用16S rRNA进行鉴定,来自菜薹上的菌株被鉴定为胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌巴西亚种(Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. brasiliense,简称Pcb)。

ABSTRACT
Brassica campestris is a variety of Brassica campestris subspecies in Cruciferae, which is known as a product with flowers. It is a biennial herb. Caitai (Flowering stalks) tastes sweet, pungent and cool, and has the effects of dispersing blood and reducing swelling. People with measles, scabies and eye diseases should not eat it. Smooth, delicate fragrance, good taste, can be called health food, its unique flavor is loved by people. At present, facility agriculture in various parts of the country is developing rapidly, needs for peoples life are gradually improving, the demand for food is becoming more and more diversified, and cauliflower is also one of the required foods. With the growing planting area of flowering stalks, diseases of flowering stalks are becoming more and more serious, especially soft rot, it occurs widely and causes economic losses at different levels in cash crops production. Most of the diseases occur rapidly, and it is difficult to be accurately and effectively controlled. In this study, samples of soft rotted flowering stalks were collected, the pathogens were identified following Koch postulates. 16S rRNA were further used to characterize the strains isolated from the samples as Pectobacter carotovorum subsp. brasiliense (Pcb).
