摘 要
本研究利用NCBI、PFAM等数据库,MEGA5.1、TBtools、hmmsearch等软件,以及SMART、CDD等网站对菎诺藜(Chenopodium quinoa)的核苷酸结合位点和富含亮氨酸的重复序列(NBSLRR, Nucleotide binding siteleucine rich repeat)类基因家族进行生物信息学鉴定,同时对所属的抗病蛋白类型、基因在染色体上的定位、系统进化关系、蛋白序列中的其他保守功能域等进行分析。我们发现菎诺藜的NBSLRR抗病蛋白共有372个,主要分为五大类型,其中CNL有122个、TNL有2个、NL有88个、CN有69个、N有91个。除 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072
了NBSLRR 主要功能域以外,还发现了一些蛋白具有WRKY、B3、PP2、PRK、RPW等功能域,可能在蛋白参与的对植物的免疫防御过程中起协同作用,调节植物生长发育。这些抗病基因在染色体上分布不均,主要以单基因方式分布,占比71.3%;由于基因簇的存在,可以推测在菎诺藜基因组的进化过程中,有些抗病基因也存在基因复制的现象。
WHOLE GENOME BIOINFORMATICS ANALYSIS OF Chenopodium quinoa NBSLRR IMMUNORECEPTORS
ABSTRACT
In the present study, we used NCBI and PFAM databases, MEGA5.1, TBtools, hmmsearch, SMART, and CDD webservers, to analyze the nucleotide binding sites and leucinerich repeat (NBSLRR) gene families of Chenopodium quinoa, including the types of diseaseresistant proteins, gene localization on chromosomes, and the amino acids of these diseaseresistant proteins. We identified 372 NBSLRR disease resistance proteins in the whole genome of Chenopodium quinoa, including five subgroups, i.e. 122 CNL, 2 TNL, 88 NL, 69 CN and 91 N. In addition to the main functional domains there are also other functional domains such as WRKY, B3, PP2, PRK, RPW, which mainly play a synergistic role in plant immune defense and regulate the growth and development of plant. These diseaseresistant genes are unevenly distributed on chromosomes, mainly in a singlegene manner, accounting for 71.3% of the total, and due to the presence of gene clusters, it can be known that there is also a gene replication process in these diseaseresistant genes during the evolutionary process.
