氯虫苯甲酰胺和甲维盐在水稻中的残留检测方法研究
摘要
本研究建立了一种同时检测氯虫苯甲酰胺和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在水稻上的残留分析方法。样品采用乙腈作为提取剂,并采用NaCl进行盐析处理后,上清液旋转蒸发至干或者氮气吹干,在UPLCMS/MS多反应监测模式(MRM)下检测氯虫苯甲酰胺和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的残留量,外标法定量,以峰面积计算残留量。实验结果表明,氯虫苯甲酰胺在植株、稻壳样本中添加浓度为0.005~2 mg/kg时,平均回收率为86.0%~98.1%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~6.0%;糙米中浓度为0.005~0.5 mg/kg时,平均回收率为86.0%~89.4%,相 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: *351916072*
对标准偏差为1.6%~7.9%。甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在植株、稻壳样本中添加浓度为0.005~2 mg/kg时,平均回收率分为83.5%~99.9%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~5.8%;糙米中浓度为0.005~0.5 mg/kg时,平均回收率为95.8%~98.3%,相对标准偏差为2.7%~14.5%;氯虫苯甲酰胺和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在水稻植株、稻壳和糙米样本中的最低检测浓度均为0.005mg/kg。结果符合农药残留检测要求。
Research on the detection method of residues of
chlorantraniliprole and emamectin benzoate in rice
Abstract
In this study, a method of testing the residue of chlorantraniliprole and emamectin benzoate on rice was established. After the sample was extracted with acetonitrile and salt analysis, the supernatant liquid was rotated and evaporated to dry or nitrogen blowdrying, and the residues of chlorantraniliprole and emamectin benzoate were detected under the UPLCMS/MS multireaction monitoring mode (MRM), and the statutory amount of the external mark was calculated in peak area. The experimental results displayed that when the concentration of chlorantraniliprole was 0.005 to 2 mg/kg in the plant and rice husk sample, the average recovery rate was 86.0% to 98.1%, the RSD was 1.5% to 6.0%, and when the concentration was 0.005 to 0.5 mg/kg in the brown rice sample, the average recovery rate was 86.0% to 89.4%, with a relative standard deviation of 1.6% to 7.9%. Emamectin benzoate was added to the plant and rice husk sample with a concentration of 0.0. 005 to 2 mg/kg, the average recovery rate was divided into 83.5% to 99.9%, the RSD was 0.9% to 5.8%, and when the concentration was 0.005 to 0.5 mg/kg in the brown rice sample, the average recovery rate was 95.8% to 98.3%, the RSD was 2.7% to 14.5%, the minimum detection concentration of chlorantraniliprole and emamectin benzoate in rice plant, rice husk and brown rice samples were 0.005 mg/kg.
