昌平区昆虫生物多样性调查
摘要
昆虫作为生物多样性的重要组成部分,现在越来越受到重视。根据课题要求,调查范围主要包括昌平区的不同生境,调查该范围内的昆虫种类与数量。经过2019年对昌平区昆虫多样性调查,在20个网格的昆虫采集调查,采用样线法、马氏法、陷阱法、灯诱法共采集昆4 268头,鉴定昆虫11目95科。再通过多样性指数、群落丰富度等公式计算出各个样点的数据并进行统计分析,采集昆虫种类最多的是网格NO.5(上庄村),昆虫总数采集最多的为NO.9(石峡关长城附近),最少为NO.18(高芹路往昌平路上)。在 20个格中昆虫多样性指数最高的网格为NO.4(秦城村附近),昆虫多样性指数最低的网格是NO.15(高芹路)。昆虫物种丰富度指数最高为NO.5(上庄村),最低为 NO.3(老君堂村)。均匀度指数最高值为网格NO.4(秦城村附近),均匀度指数最低网格为NO.15(高芹路)。建议针对实际情况,通过新建、扩建保护区以及保护小区或生态保护红线等不同的方式提升现有保护效果。本研究对北京市生物多样性的监测、保护和功能评价提供科学依据。对于昌平区生物多样性的研究、保护及其发展都具有重要意义与帮助。

Abstract
As an important part of biodiversity, insects have been paid more and more attention. According to the project requirements, the survey scope mainly includes the different habitats in changping district, and the insect species and quantity in the range are investigated. After the investigation of insect diversity in changping district in 2019, a total of 4 268 kunming insects were collected from 20 grids by line sampling method, markov method, trap method and light trapping method, and the insects were identified from 95 families of 11 orders. Then through the diversity index, community richness and other formulas to calculate the data of each sample point and carry out statistical analysis, the most collected insect species is grid NO. 5 (shangzhuang village), the most collected insect total number is NO. 9 (near the Great Wall at shixia pass), the least number is NO. 18 (on gaoqin road to changping road). Among the 20 grids, the grid with the highest insect diversity index was NO. 4 (near qincheng village), while the grid with the lowest insect diversity index was NO. 15 (gaoqin road). The highest insect species richness index was NO. 5 (shangzhuang village) and the lowest was NO. 3 (laojuntang village). The maximum uniformity index was grid NO. 4 (near qincheng village), while the minimum grid was grid NO. 15 (gaoqin road). According to the actual situation, it is suggested to improve the existing protection effect by building or expanding the protection area, protecting the community or ecological protection red line, etc. This study provides scientific basis for the monitoring, conservation and functional evaluation of biodiversity in Beijing. It is of great significance and help to the research, conservation and development of biodiversity in changping district.
