无锡、苏州及常州地区蔬菜主要病毒病的检测与鉴定
摘 要
植物病毒又有“植物癌症”之称,由病毒的侵染而引起的蔬菜作物减产是农业生产中的一个长久性的问题。江苏无锡、苏州和常州地区自古以来就是“鱼米之乡”。随着蔬菜种植规模的发展,三市蔬菜病毒病发生频繁,目前仍缺乏系统性的蔬菜病毒种类和发生趋势的研究。本研究采用分子生物学核酸检测的方法,自2018年7月至2019年12月,对三市主要蔬菜作物中的112份疑似病毒病样品进行了检测,共检出10种病毒,其中无锡检出4种,苏州检出5种,常州检出8种病毒。各科蔬菜样品中,茄科蔬菜检出病毒10种,葫芦科蔬菜检出8种,豆科蔬菜检出5种。以辣椒轻斑驳病毒(Pepper mild mottle virus, PMMoV)和瓜类褪绿黄化病毒(Cucurbit chlorotic yellows virus, CCYV)危害最为严重。另外,鉴定的烟草轻型绿花叶病毒(Tobacco mild green mosaic virus, TMGMV)、烟草扭脉病毒(Tobacco vein distorting virus, TVDV)和辣椒脉黄化病毒(Pepper vein yellow virus, PeVYV)在江苏省属首次报道。同时,蔬菜作物中普遍存在多种病毒复合侵染现象。研究结果为了解三市蔬菜主要病毒病的种类、分布以及制定有效的防控策略 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072#

DETECTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF MAJOR VEGETABLE VIRUS DISEASES IN WUXI、SUZHOU AND CHANGZHOU
ABSTRACT
Plant virus is also known as “plant cancer”, the crop yield reduction caused by virus infection is a persistent problem in agricultural production. Wuxi, Suzhou and Changzhou in Jiangsu Province have been the "land of fish and rice" since ancient times. With the development of vegetable planting scale, virus diseases of vegetables occur frequently in the three cities. At present, there is still a lack of systematic research on virus types and occurrence trend of vegetables. From July 2018 to December 2019, 112 suspected virus disease samples from three major vegetable crops in three cities were tested, and 10 kinds of viruses were detected, including 4 in Wuxi, 5 in Suzhou and 8 in Changzhou. Among all kinds of vegetables, 10 viruses were detected in Solanaceae, 8 in Cucurbitaceae and 5 in Leguminosae. Pepper mild mottle virus (PMMoV) and Cucurbit chlorotic yellows virus (CCYV) were the most serious. In addition, Tobacco vein destroying virus (TVDV), Tobacco light green mosaic virus (TMGMV) and Pepper vein yellow virus (PeVYV) were first reported in Jiangsu Province. At the same time, there are many kinds of virus infection in vegetable crops. The results provide an important basis for understanding the types and distribution of the main virus diseases in vegetables in the three cities and for formulating effective control strategies.
