摘 要
斜纹夜蛾与草地贪夜蛾作为国内外重要的暴发性害虫,主要以化学农药防治为主。为了寻找具有优良防治效果的新型杀虫剂,本研究采用人工饲料混毒法测定20种γ氨基丁酸(γaminobutyric acid,GABA)受体竞争性拮抗剂对斜纹夜蛾 3龄幼虫的毒力。结果表明,药物处理48 h后,药剂190503在100 mg/kg和500 mg/kg的药剂浓度下,杀虫活性优异,校正死亡率均为100 %,其余药剂对斜纹夜蛾的毒力效果均不明显。为探索溴虫氟苯双酰胺与其他药剂的混配剂的杀虫效果,本研究采用人工饲料混毒法,测定了溴虫氟苯双酰胺与茚虫威1:1混合后的混配剂对草地贪夜蛾 3龄幼虫的毒力。结果表明,经过72 h药物处理后,混配剂对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫的LC50为0.459 mg/kg,共毒系数为285. *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072^

ACTIVITY SCREENING OF TWO LEPIDOPTERA PESTS WITH NOVEL INSECTICIDES AND ITS MIXTURE
ABSTRACT
As the important explosive pests in the world, Spodoptera litura and Spodoptera frugiperda are mainly controlled by chemical pesticides. In order to search for novel pesticides with good effect, this study used the artificial diet incorporation bioassay method to test the toxicity of twenty competitive antagonists acting on γaminobutyric acid (GABA) receptor against the third instar larvaes of Spodoptera litura. The results showed that after 48 hours of drug treatment, the compound (no. 190503) had excellent insecticidal activity at the concentrations of 100 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg, with adjusted mortality was 100%, and the toxicity of the other agents against Spodoptera litura was not obvious. Aim to explore the combination effect of broflanilide with other pesticides, this research adopts the same method to determine the toxicity of 1:1 mixture of broflanilide and indoxacarb to the third instar larvaes of Spodoptera frugiperda. The results indicated that after 72 hours of drug treatment, the 50% lethal concentration (LC50) of the mixture against the third instar larvae is 0.459 mg/kg, and the cotoxicity coefficient (CTC) is 285.30. These experimental results revealed that 190503, a competitive antagonist of GABA receptor, had excellent insecticidal activity against Spodoptera litura, and proved the synergism of the mixture of broflanilide and indoxacarb. These findings may provide theoretical basis for the control of Spodoptera litura and Spodoptera frugiperda and the development of insecticides.
