南京、镇江地区主要蔬菜病毒病的检测与鉴定
摘 要
南京、镇江地区是江苏重要的蔬菜生产种植区域，因该地区蔬菜病毒病害发生频繁，危害严重，但目前为止还未系统性的研究该地区蔬菜病毒种类和发生趋势。本研究运用分子生物学方法对采自江苏省南京和镇江两个地区的共124份疑似蔬菜病毒病样品进行病毒毒原检测。结果共检出9种病毒，其中南京地区样品中检出8种，检出率较高的有辣椒轻斑驳病毒(Pepper mild mottle virus,PMMoV)34.78%，烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)13.04%；镇江地区样品检出病毒两种，分别为番茄褪绿病毒(Tomato chlorosis virus,ToCV)100%，番茄花叶病毒(Tomato mosaic virus,ToMV)25%。且存在ToCV+BCMV、ZYMV+PMMoV、TMV+Tobamoviruses、ToCV+ToMV 4种复合侵染类型，所采样品中茄科、葫芦科、豆科蔬菜病毒侵染类型较多。感染茄科的主要病毒是TMV、PMMoV、ToCV和ToMV，还检测到南方番茄病毒(Southern tomato virus,STV)、烟草花 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072* 
叶病毒组(Tobamoviruses)及菜豆普通花叶病毒(Bean common mosaic virus, BCMV)；葫芦科蔬菜上的主要病毒病是PMMoV、ToCV、Tobamoviruses和小西葫芦黄花叶病毒(Zucchini yellow mosaic virus,ZYMV)；豆科蔬菜上的主要病毒病是PMMoV、ToCV、ToMV，此外还检测到辣椒黄脉病毒(Pepper vein yellows virus,PeVYV)。此研究对南京和镇江地区蔬菜病毒病的防治有一定参考价值。
DETECTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF MAJOR VEGETABLE VIRAL DISEASES IN NANJING AND ZHENJIANG
ABSTRACT
Nanjing and Zhenjiang are important vegetable production and planting areas in Jiangsu province. Because of the frequent occurrence and serious harm of vegetable virus diseases in these areas, there has been no systematic study on the types and trends of vegetable virus in these areas so far. In this study, a total of 124 samples of suspected vegetable viral diseases from Nanjing and Zhenjiang of Jiangsu province were tested by molecular biology. Results a total of 9 kinds of viruses were detected, among which 8 kinds were detected in the samples from Nanjing, 34.78% were Pepper mild mottle virus (PMMoV) and 13.04% were Tobacco Mosaic virus (TMV). Tomato chlorosis virus (ToCV) and Tomato Mosaic virus (ToMV) were 100% and 25% respectively in Zhenjiang. ZYMV+PMMoV, ToCV+BCMV, ToCV+ToMV, TMV+Tobamoviruses, 4 composite infection types were also found. In the samples, there were many types of virus infection in Solanaceae, Cucurbitaceae and Leguminous vegetables. The major viruses that infected the Solanaceae family were TMV, PMMoV, ToCV and ToMV. Southern tomato virus (STV), Tobamoviruses and Bean common Mosaic virus (BCMV) were also detected. The main viral diseases in Cucurbitaceae vegetables are PMMoV, ToCV, Tobamoviruses and Zucchini yellow Mosaic virus (ZYMV). The main viral diseases in Leguminous are PMMoV, ToCV and ToMV. In addition, Pepper vein yellows virus (PeVYV) has also been detected. This study has some reference value for the prevention and treatment of vegetable viral diseases in Nanjing and Zhenjiang.
