两隐种啮小蜂寄生不同龄期七星瓢虫的产卵策略研究
摘 要
瓢虫啮小蜂(Oomyzus scaposus)及其近缘种黄胫啮小蜂(Oomyzus spiraculus)是七星瓢虫(Coccinella septempunctata)幼虫蛹的跨期内寄生蜂。为明确不同寄主龄期是否影响瓢虫啮小蜂和黄胫啮小蜂做出产卵决策,本实验记录了两种啮小蜂寄生不同龄期寄主的寄生时长、子代蜂发育时间、窝卵数、子代性比,寿命并测量了寄生蜂子代的体重及寿命。研究结果表明,七星瓢虫幼虫的不同龄期对两种啮小蜂的产卵策略有显著影响。1.两种啮小蜂的寄生时长随着寄主龄期的增加而延长,黄胫啮小蜂寄生时间显著长于瓢虫啮小蜂;2.两种啮小蜂子代在寄主体内的发育时间随着寄主龄期的增加而缩短,仅3龄和4龄之间不存在差异,黄胫啮小蜂比瓢虫啮小蜂发育时间更长;3.随着寄主龄期的增加寄生蜂子代窝卵数也越大。研究结果将为揭示两近缘种啮小蜂的种间关系关系提供参考。
OVIPOSITION STRATEGIES OF TWO CRYPTIC PARASITIC WASPS FOR LADYBIRDS VARYING IN AGE

wasps of the larvapupae of Coccinella septempunctata. To address whether the host age affect the oviposition strategies of O.scaposus and O.spiraculus, we offer host varing in age to them for parasitizing. We recorded the oviposition time, wasp’s adult eclosion time, brood size and sex ratio, and measured the weight and longevity of the parasitoids offsprings for two species. The results of the study shows that host instar has significant effects on the oviposition strategies of the two parasitic wasps. 1. The oviposition time of the two species parasitoid increased with host instar, and the oviposition time of O.spiraculus was significantly longer than O.scaposus; 2. The development time of the offsprings of the two parasitic wasps decreased with host instar, there was no difference between when the host is 3rd and 4th instars, and the development time of O.spiraculus was greater than O.scaposus; 3. The brood size of two parasitic wasps increased with host age. The results of this study will provide references for better understanding the relationship between the two cryptic parasitic wasps and parasitoidhost interactions.
