SIT应用于褐飞虱防治的可行性探究
摘要
褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens)是我国和许多其他亚洲国家当前水稻上的重大害虫之一。褐飞虱对环境具有较强的适应性,在外界条件适宜时易于暴发成灾。由于化学农药的长期大量使用,使褐飞虱种群产生抗药性,传统化学防治褐飞虱的效果逐渐降低。昆虫不育技术(Sterile Insect Technique,SIT)是指通过释放经辐射绝育的雄虫与野生雌虫交配,使其没有子代,从而降低靶标害虫的种群数量。昆虫不育技术是一种先进的生物防治方法,具有专一性强,防治效果好,无污染等优点。从诞生至今,该技术已被广泛应用于多种农业或卫生害虫的防治中。本文介绍了昆虫不育技术的原理和国内外的研究概况,总结了利用昆虫不育技术进行大面积害虫综合防治的特点,并依据典型案例分析了昆虫不育技术应用于褐飞虱防治的可行性,展望了昆虫不育技术应用于褐飞虱防治在未来的发展前景。

ina and many other Asian countries. N. lugens have strong adaptability to the new environment, easily outbreak when external conditions are favorable. Due to the large number of longterm use of chemical pesticides, N. lugens populations have developed resistance to chemical pesticides, the effectiveness of conventional chemical control of N. lugens is decreasing. Sterile insect technique (SIT) refers to reduce the population number of target pests by releasing the males after radiation sterilization treatment to mate with the females in the wild so that it has no offspring. SIT is an advanced biological control method, it has the advantages of strong specificity, good control effect and no pollution. Since its birth till now, SIT has been widely used in the control of many kinds of agricultural and sanitary pests. This paper introduces the principle of SIT and general situation of the research at home and abroad, summarizes the characteristics of the integrated pest prevention and control of large area by using SIT, and analyses the feasibility of the application of SIT in the prevention and control of N. lugens based on typical cases, expects the development prospect in the future of the application of SIT in the prevention and control of N. lugens.

褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens (Stål)属半翅目、飞虱科,是我国和许多亚洲国家当前水稻上的首要害虫。褐飞虱随季风迁移,对环境具有较强的适应性,是在外界条件适宜时易于暴发成灾的重要农业害虫[]。褐飞虱既可在水稻上直接刺吸,产卵危害;也可以将分泌物盖布在植株表面影响水稻生长,造成水稻严重减产;还可作为媒介传播植物病毒病等[]。褐飞虱造成的轻微危害会导致水稻叶片黄化,植物高度、生长、活力、有效分蘖数量和谷物填充的减少,严重危害时会使植物干涸甚至死亡,导致“燃烧幼苗”[]。褐飞虱的大规模爆发会导致水稻产量大幅度下降,在严重的情况下,将导致作物绝收[]。
