摘 要
[目的]本文旨在鉴定森林草莓基因组中全部串联复制基因,探究其功能偏好性保留规律及表达模式的分化。[方法]以森林草莓基因组v4.0版本为材料,用特征分析和功能分类的方法鉴定全部串联复制基因并按功能分类。利用生物信息学方法,对具有代表性功能的串联复制基因对进行遗传参数分析。利用现有数据库,提取基因在草莓花、果实发育过程中的基因表达信息;并尝试通过qPCR实验,检测基因在高温胁迫条件下的表达规律。[结果] 在森林草莓全部基因中筛选出3135个串联复制基因、1346个串联复制基因对;76.3%的串联复制基因对包含两个基因,基因对的个数与所包含的基因个数成反比;染色体2上串联复制基因最多,染色体1上串联复制基因最少;染色体6上串联复制基因对数最多,染色体1上串联复制基因对数最少;森林草莓串联复制基因存在功能基因的偏好性保留,基因功能为Molecular Function: protein binding的串联复制基因 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: #351916072#

IDENTIFICATION AND ANALYSIS OF TANDEM DUPLICATE GENES IN WOODLAND STRAWBERRY
ABSTRACT
[Objective] The purpose of this study is to identify tandem duplicate genes in woodland strawberry, and to explore their retention mechanisms and differentiation of expression patterns. [Method] Using the woodland strawberry’s genome v4.0 as the material, all the tandem duplicate genes were identified by feature analysis. They were classified according to their functions. We selected several representative tandem duplicate gene pairs and analyzed their genetic parameters using bioinformatics methods. Their expression during the development of flowers and early fruits was extracted from the public database. We also tried to detect the expression of these genes under high temperature stress through qPCR experiments. [Result] A total of 3135 tandem duplicate genes and 1346 tandem duplicate gene pairs were identified in the genome of woodland strawberry. Among them, 76.3% of the tandem duplicate gene pairs contain two genes, and the number of the tandem gene pairs is negatively proportional to the number of genes they contained. Chromosome 2 has the most tandem duplicate genes, while chromosome 1 has the least. The number of tandem duplicate gene pairs on chromosome 6 is the most, while the number of tandem duplicate gene pairs on chromosome 1 is the least. These tandem duplicate genes show a functional bias in their retention in the woodland strawberry’s genome, and the most tandem duplicate genes (280) with the function “Molecular Function: protein binding” have been retained. [Conclusion] There is a functional bias in the retention of tandem duplicate genes in woodland strawberry, and expression patterns of these tandem duplicates in reproductive tissues have diverged soon after their generation.
