南水二号水果黄瓜新品种嫁接砧木筛选及其对果实品质的影响研究【字数:12405】

南水2号水果黄瓜是设施栽培适用的新型水果黄瓜品种,由大学园艺学院培育,优质丰产。但是,在保护地栽培中,其对病害和胁迫的抗性不足。嫁接可以帮助提高黄瓜的抗性,筛选合适的砧木品种则能有利于南水2号的栽培推广,筛选的同时也要考虑到不同砧木品种的嫁接对黄瓜的果实品质带来的变化。本试验以J519、日本雪松和强力士这3个品种作为筛选材料,以南水2号为接穗进行嫁接,通过嫁接成活率初步筛选出了成活率最高的嫁接组合——南水2号/J519,并研究J519对黄瓜生长指标的影响。J519是白籽南瓜的新品种,为进一步研究新品种J519对南水2号果实品质的影响,对同一批嫁接苗和南水2号自根苗的果实进行品质指标测定,包括外观指标、营养指标如VC含量等和风味指标。以南水2号自根苗为对照,根据这些果实品质指标的对比分析,得到J519对南水2号果实品质的影响。

Screening Of New Grafting Rootstock Variety Of Nan Shui 2 Fruit Cucumber and Study On Its Effects On Fruit Quality

Abstract:Nan Shui 2 is a new type of fruit cucumber special for facilities, which has high quality and high yield. It is cultivated by horticultural vegetables laboratory in Nanjing Agricultural University. However, in facility cultivation, its disease resistance and stress resistance are insufficient. Grafting can effectively improve the resistance of cucumber. Screening suitable rootstock varieties can be beneficial to the cultivation and promotion of Nan Shui 2. Besides, the effect of different rootstock varieties on the fruit quality of cucumber should be considered. In this study, three whiteseed pumpkin varieties of J519, Japanese cedar and Qiang Li Shi were used as rootstocks, and Nan Shui 2 was used as the scion for grafting. According to the graft survival rate, the best grafting combination was Nan Shui 2/J519. And study J519s influence on cucumber growth index. J519 is a new whiteseed pumpkin rootstock variety. To further study the impact of the new whiteseed pumpkin rootstock variety J519 on the quality of grafted fruit, the quality indicators of the same batch of grafted seedlings and Nan Shui 2 selfrooted seedlings were measured, including: appearance Index, nutrition index such as VC content and flavor index. Taking selfrooted seedlings as a control, according to the comparative analysis of these fruit quality indicators, the effect of J519 on Nan Shui 2 fruit quality was obtained.
