建设美丽乡村，改善农村人居环境，提升农村居民生活的幸福感，是社会主义新农村建设的重要任务，然而随着我国城镇化进程的发展，部分地方政府发展心切，急于求成，千城一面的模板式乡村规划建设席卷各地，严重缺乏地域文化特色。如何延续地方文脉，展现地方特色成为现阶段美丽乡村建设的重点。文章以湖南省娄底市龙塘镇珠梅村为例，通过实地踏勘、上位规划信息收集等，了解基址的发展定位、自然环境资源现状、社会经济状况及村庄建设与规划状况，并对基址现状进行整理与分析，进行设计策略探讨。本次的规划方案以“归·来”为主题，就村民归、游人来、生态归进行分析，基于美丽乡村的建设要点，从居民的生产生活使用需求出发，从珠梅村的实际状况出发，对珠梅村的乡村景观、人居环境改造进行探讨，就景观分区、产业规划、道路梳理、服务设计规划、基础设施规划、乡村绿道设置、乡村风貌整治等方面展开规划设计，并完成相关图纸。

ABSTRACT： Building beautiful villages, improving the human settlement in rural areas and improving the happiness of rural peoples life are the new requirements for the new countryside construction of socialism. However, with the continuous acceleration of urbanization, some local governments are too keen on their development, the "copy and paste" rural planning and construction across the city, which leads to the lack of local culture . How to continue the local context and show the local characteristics has become the focus of the construction of beautiful countryside at this stage. This paper takes Zhumei village, Longtang Town, Loudi City, Hunan Province as an example, through field survey and upper planning information collection, to understand the development orientation, natural environment and resources status, social and economic status, village construction and planning status of the base site, and to sort out and analyze the current situation of the base site, and to discuss the design strategy. Based on the construction points of beautiful villages, starting from the production and living needs of residents, and starting from the actual situation of Zhumei village, the paper discusses the transformation of rural landscape and living environment of Zhumei village, and discusses the landscape zoning, industrial planning, road arrangement and service design planning , infrastructure planning, rural greenway setting, rural landscape renovation and other aspects of the planning and design, and complete the relevant plannings.
