长江如皋江段生态浮床对刀鲚早期资源的修复作用初探
摘要
刀鲚是著名的溯河洄游型鱼类，是长江重要的经济鱼类之一，但是由于多年的高强度捕捞，水域生态环境发生恶化等，使得长江刀鲚资源锐减，现状令人担忧。生态浮床技术是一种将水污染治理和生态修复相结合的实用技术，广泛运用于污染水体的治理和鱼类资源的修复。本研究基于长江如皋江段生态浮床对刀鲚早期资源修复作用进行了初步研究，结果发现，在生态浮床安装的前一年进行的5频次采样中并没有采集到刀鲚仔稚鱼，而生态浮床安装后一年的5频次采样中有3次采集到刀鲚仔稚鱼，并且分析得出生态浮床安装前后如皋江段刀鲚仔稚鱼数量存在显著差异（P<0.05），表明生态浮床对于刀鲚早期资源的修复具有一定作用。
PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF ECOLOGICAL FLOATING BED ON THE EARLY RESOURCES OF COILIA NASUS IN RUGAO RIVER SECTION OF YANGTZE RIVER

adromous fish and one of the important economic fish in the Yangtze River. However, due to the overfishing caused by years of intensive fishing and the changes in the water ecological environment, the resources of C.nasus in the Yangtze River have been reduced sharply, and the current situation is worrying. Ecological floating bed technology is a practical technology which combines water pollution control and ecological repairing, and is widely used in the treatment of polluted water and the restoration of fish resources. In this study, the ecological floating bed in Rugao river section of the Yangtze River conducted a preliminary exploration on the early resource repair function of C.nasus. The results showed that no C.nasus larvae and juvenile fish were collected in the 5frequency sampling conducted in the year before the installation of the ecological floating bed, and 3 times in the 5frequency sampling conducted in the year after the installation of the ecological floating bed. It was concluded that there was a significant difference in the number of C. nasus larvae and juvenile fish in Rugao river section before and after the installation of the ecological floating bed (P<0.05), indicating that the ecological floating bed plays a certain role in repairing the early resources of C. nasus.
