摘要
本文以草鱼幼鱼为研究对象,探讨饲料蛋白质水平对草鱼幼鱼生长性能、饲料效率及全鱼体成分的影响。以鱼粉、酪蛋白、明胶和玉米蛋白粉为蛋白源,制备蛋白水平为18.20%、24.30%、30.60%、36.40%、43.30%和49.50%(实测值)的6组等能饲料饲养(0.38 ± 0.01)g的草鱼幼鱼8周。结果表明,草鱼幼鱼末均重(FW)、增重率(WGR)、特定增长率(SGR)、存活率(SR)随饲料蛋白水平增加先上升后下降(P<0.05),在43.30%饲料蛋白组达到最大值。饵料系数(FCR)随蛋白水平增加而显著降低(P<0.05)。与18.20%和49.50%组相比,草鱼幼鱼全鱼体水分含量在36.40%组显著最低(P<0.05)。粗蛋白含量随着饲料蛋白水平的提高先增加后趋于平缓,在饲料水平为43.30%时,达到最大值(P<0.05)。饲喂30.60%、36.40%、43.30%和49.50%蛋白组的草鱼幼鱼全鱼体脂肪含量显著低于18.20%、24.30%饲料蛋白组(P<0.05)。饲料蛋白水平对全鱼体灰分含量未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。以SGR和FCR为基础,采用折线回归分析,确定日粮中蛋白质的最佳水平分别为日粮蛋白水平的40.86%和36.45%。 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072

STUDY ON FEED PROTEIN REQUIREMENTS AND METABOLIC REGULATION OF JUVENILE GRASS CARPS
ABSTRACT
This article takes grass carp juveniles as the research object, and discusses the effects of feed protein levels on the growth performance, feed efficiency and whole fish body composition of grass carp juveniles. Using fishmeal, casein , gelatin and corn gluten meal as protein sources, six groups of grass carp juveniles with isoenergy and different levels of nitrogen feed (0.38 ± 0.01) were prepared for 6 groups with protein levels of 18.20%, 24.30%, 30.60%, 36.40%, 43.30% and 49.50% (measured value).The results showed that the average weight (FW), weight gain rate (WGR), specific growth rate (SGR), and survival rate (SR) of grass carp juveniles increased first and then decreased (P<0.05) with the increase of feed protein levels, at 43.30% The feed protein group reached the maximum. The bait coefficient (FCR) decreased significantly as the protein level increased (P<0.05). Compared with the 18.20% and 49.50% groups, the grass carp juvenile carp had the lowest water content in the 36.40% group (P<0.05). The content of crude protein increased with the increase of feed protein level and then tended to be gentle. When the feed level was 43.30%, it reached the maximum value (P<0.05). The fat content of juvenile grass carp juvenile grass carp fed with 30.60%, 36.40%, 43.30% and 49.50% protein groups was significantly lower than 18.20%, 24.30% and protein groups (P<0.05). The feed protein level had no significant effect on the ash content of the whole fish (P>0.05). Based on SGR and FCR, using a linear regression analysis, the optimal protein levels in the diet were determined to be 40.86% and 36.45% of the dietary protein levels, respectively.
