吉富罗非鱼蛋白质营养需要和代谢调控研究
摘 要
本实验以鱼粉、酪蛋白、玉米蛋白粉和玉米淀粉作为饲料蛋白源,大豆油和大豆卵磷脂粉作脂肪源,配制6组蛋白质水平分别为18.2%、24.3%、30.6%、36.4%、43.3% 和49.5%(实测值)的实验饲料,探讨在盐度为8 ppt的养殖水体下,不同饲料蛋白质水平对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼(初始平均体重为3.25±0.02 g)生长、体成分和蛋白代谢的影响。养殖周期为59天,实验结果显示:(1)饲料蛋白质水平对吉富罗非鱼的终末体重(FBW)、增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和饲料系数(FCR)都有显著影响(P<0.05),在18.2%36.4% 饲料蛋白质水平范围,随饲料蛋白质水平的增加,终末体重、增重率和特定生长率显著上升(P<0.05),饲料系数显著下降(P<0.05);在36.4%49.5% 饲料蛋白质水平范围,终末体重、增重率、特定生长率和饲料系数保持稳定。以特定生长率和饲料系数为评价指标,经折线模型回归分析,吉富罗非鱼幼鱼的适宜饲料蛋白质水平分别为34.5% 和37.7%。(2)饲料蛋白质水平对吉富罗非 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: #351916072
鱼幼鱼的全鱼体水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和灰分含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。(3)饲料蛋白质水平对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼肝脏中雷帕霉素靶蛋白(TOR)、核糖体蛋白S6(S6)、4E结合蛋白1(4EBP1)基因的mRNA表达量无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著影响了葡萄糖6磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)基因的mRNA表达量(P<0.05),36.4%蛋白质水平组的G6PDH基因mRNA表达量最高。
STUDY ON THE PROTEIN REQUIREMENT AND PROTEIN METABOLISM REGULATION OF GENETIC IMPROVEMENT FARMED TILAPIA (Oreochromis niloticus)
ABSTRACT
An 59days feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary protein levels on the growth performance, body composition and protein metabolism of juvenile Genetic improvement of farmed tilapia (GIFT), Oreochromis niloticus, reared in saline water of 8 ppt salinity, the initial average weight was (3.25 ± 0.02)g. Fish meal, casein, corn gluten meal and corn starch were used as protein source, and soybean oil, soybean lecithin powder were used as fat source to formulate six diets with protein levels of 18.2%, 24.3%, 30.6%, 36.4%, 43.3% and 49.5% (actual measured value). The results showed that: (1) Final body weight (FBW), weight gain rate (WGR), specific growth rate (SGR) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were significantly affected by dietary protein levels (P<0.05), in the range of 18.2%36.4% protein levels, final body weight, weight gain rate and specific growth rate increased significantly with the increase of protein level (P<0.05), meanwhile, feed conversion ratio decreased significantly (P<0.05); In the range of 36.4% 49.5% protein levels, final body weight, weight gain rate, specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio remained stable. According to brokenline regression analysis in relation to specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio, the optimum dietary protein levels of juvenile GIFT were found to be 34.5% and 37.7%, respectively. (2) Moisture, crude protein, crude fat and ash contents of whole body were not significantly affected by dietary protein levels (P>0.05). (3) The mRNA expression levels of target of rapamycin (TOR), ribosomal protein S6 (S6) and 4Ebinding protein 1 (4EBP1) gene were not significantly affected by dietary protein levels in liver (P>0.05), however, the mRNA expression of glucose6phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) gene was significantly affected by dietary protein levels (P<0.05), the mRNA expression levels of G6PDH gene had highest level when dietary protein level was 36.4%.
