e traditional construction methods have various deficiencies. Therefore, building construction must realize industrialization, standardization and intensification, which has become a development trend. The prefabricated construction can split the building components to realize industrial production, and can realize the integrated installation of the components.
This paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories and safety management strategies of prefabricated buildings. Finally, combined with the actual prefabricated construction case, the paper applies the specific prefabricated housing safety management system in the real project, and makes a preliminary evaluation and analysis of the project construction to determine the safety factor, thus providing realistic data for construction decisionmaking. At the same time, according to the safety particularity of prefabricated building construction, specific plans are formulated from the perspectives of organizational management, education and training, and technical management to ensure safe construction on the construction site. This paper will strive to create a new theoretical model of the structural safety and quality management evaluation system with more engineering practice and practical value for the managers of my countrys prefabricated residential building design, construction, and supervision companies. The standardization construction of the system provides a theoretical reference basis.

一、装配式研究现状和理论基础
(一)研究背景
中国的装配式建筑由于起步相对较晚,和西方发达国家相比较起来还算具有着相当大的技术差异。中国的传统工业建筑方式在土地资源的耗费上和建筑原材料资源的耗费量上都大大地超过西方发达国家城市和工业地区,对我国自然环境也带来了一定损害。大力的推动了装配式建筑系统的应用技术推广,可以推进建筑行业可持续发展,必定能实现建筑业产业升级、自主创新的有效发展,也是在行业实现跨越性发展的节点。
数据显示,装配式建筑工程相对传统的建筑工程相比,能节省工期31%、节能30%、节水36%、节材70%、节省人工40%。因此装配式建筑工程具有巨大的优势,装配式成为建筑业改革最有效的手段。
数据显示,近年来我国在装配式的施工安全评价方面研究较少。运用系统动力学理论,汤彦宁在分析总结装配式施工安全风险的决定性影响因素基础上,组织构架了装配式施工安全风险因果反馈图模型和流体图模型并提出相应的风险应对措施。田黎从构件生产到装配施工的全过程进行了数据评价,提出适用于装配式施工过程的多项管理设计与标准。
