高校本科生利用图书馆数字资源的现状调查分析
摘 要
随着各类文献资源的数字化发展,高校图书馆馆藏资源中数字资源的比例越来越重,高校图书馆的馆藏结构,受到了显著调整,专注于传统资源向数字资源与传统资源并重甚至数字资源比例更大的馆藏资源建设。高校图书馆对数字信息资源的重视发展程度越来越高,数字资源的投入力度不断增加,建设规模也逐渐增大,但数字资源的利用程度并不乐观,高校图书馆数字资源建设投入并未受到相当的收益或者成果[1]。
作者通过问卷调查,从用户视角,基于数字资源和用户使用维度,分析高校学生利用数字资源的情况,并针对某些情况提出相对应的数字资源建设对策或建议。从用户视角来看,南京地区的部分高校还存在学生对图书馆数字资源 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: *351916072
的利用率不高、资源不够丰裕、宣传和培训力度不够、跨库检索和校外访问利用等问题。因此作者建议高校图书馆①提高数字资源的整合力度,拓宽资源收录范围,并重视外文数据库的建设和推广;②从多途径加大校图书馆数字资源的宣传力度,使大学生知道、了解并对校图书馆提供的资源感兴趣;③更加重视大学生的检索技能培训和信息检索意识的培养,让更多学生能够自主的检索资源、完成科研和学习;④采用多种有效的技术手段,支持学校数字资源的跨库检索和校外访问等服务。
INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF STUDNET’S UTILIZATION OF DIGITAL RESOURCES IN COLLEGE
ABSTRACT
With the digital development of various document resources in China, the proportion of digital resources in the collection resources of college libraries is getting heavier, and the collection structure of college libraries has been significantly adjusted, focusing on traditional resources to digital resources and traditional resources. Construction of collection resources with a greater proportion of digital resources. University libraries pay more and more attention to the development of digital information resources. The investment of digital resources in economy, manpower and technology is increasing, and the scale of construction is gradually increasing. Through a questionnaire survey, the author analyzes the use of digital resources by college students based on digital resources and user usage dimensions, and proposes corresponding countermeasures or suggestions for the construction of digital resources for certain situations. From the users perspective, some colleges and universities in Nanjing still have problems such as the low utilization rate of the librarys digital resources, insufficient resources, insufficient publicity and training, crossdatabase retrieval and offcampus access and utilization. Therefore, the author recommends that college libraries ① increase the integration of digital resources, broaden the scope of resource collection, and attach importance to the construction and promotion of foreign language databases; ② increase the publicity of digital resources in school libraries through multiple channels to enable college students to know, understand and collaborate Interested in the resources provided by the library; ③ pay more attention to the retrieval skills training of college students and the cultivation of information retrieval awareness, so that more students can independently retrieve resources, complete scientific research and learning; ④ adopt a variety of effective technical means to support school numbers Services such as crossdatabase retrieval and external access to resources.
