摘 要
本文旨在解决医院中常见的排队问题,为防止患者在漫长的排队等待中产生不满情绪,既损害患者的权益,也会损害医院的利益。据此,根据对医院各排队系统的分析与研究,我们挑选出排队问题最多的取药排队系统并加以研究与分析,并采用运筹学排队论的理论加实践方法对医院取药窗口的确定进行全面地讨论与研究。引入M/M/c排队模型,基于使患者的等待成本与医院的经营成本之和最小的最优化理论,对医院取药窗口在不同时段的开启数量进行最优化分析。并且在此基础之上,通过对医院实际场地的观察与研究,对方案的实际运行状况进行概率分析,确保方案的可行性。最后,以河南省鹤壁市人民医院为例,通过对医院实际情况的实地考察,采集所需要的相关数据,并加以研究和分析。最终结果表明,医院取药排队系统中,对于取药窗口的优化设置,不 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: *351916072*
