大学生网络搜索行为影响因素研究
摘要
当今社会经济发展迅速，随之而来的是互联网技术的日益发展。而经济发展的同时，不同的用户群体对各类信息的需求也不断加大。用户获取信息的手段多种多样，而随着互联网技术在所有部门的发展，网络搜索逐渐成为人们搜索行为的最主要方式,同时又是人们获取信息的重要手段。本文题为大学生网络搜索行为影响因素研究。简要探讨了大学生网络搜索行为的影响因素。笔者在查阅了大量相关文献后，结合国内外相关研究，构建了双潜在变量与三控制变量的模型，提出五个假设，并以在校大学生为研究样本，从认知风格、知识结构等方面以网络问卷的形式展开调查。获取数据后，使用IBM SPSS Statistics 19和Smart PLS等软件进行数据分析，得出结论。本研究旨在为信息提供者以及用户提供部分参考建议，针对不同的影响因素提出不同的改进措施，以提高用户的检索效率。通过研究不同影响因素具体如何改变用户的搜索行为，帮助用户避开那些负面影响较大的因素，为优化用户的检索过程和结果提供新思路。
RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF COLLEGE STUDENTS INTERNET SEARCH BEHAVIOR
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, with the rapid development of social economy, the Internet technology is developing day by day. At the same time of economic development, the demand of different user groups for all kinds of information is also increasing. There are many ways for users to obtain information. With the development of Internet technology in all sectors, network search has gradually become the mainstream of peoples search behavior and an important means to meet the needs of users information. This paper is a study on the influencing factors of College Students Internet search behavior. This paper briefly discusses the influencing factors of College Students Internet search behavior. After consulting a large number of relevant documents, combined with the relevant research at home and abroad, this paper constructs the model of two potential variables and three control variables, puts forward five hypotheses, and takes the college students as the research samples, and carries out the survey in the form of network questionnaire from the aspects of cognitive style, knowledge structure, etc. After obtaining the data, use IBM SPSS statistics 19 and smart pls to analyze the data and draw a conclusion. The purpose of this study is to provide some reference suggestions for information providers and users, and propose different improvement measures for different influencing factors, so as to improve the retrieval efficiency of users. By studying how different influencing factors change the users search behavior, we can help users avoid those negative factors, and provide new ideas for optimizing the users search process and results.
