基于区块链技术的肉类信息追溯管理系统

摘 要
引言
为解决目前大多数食品溯源系统所面临的肉制品质量安全等各类问题，结合区块链技术特点，本文提出了一个在肉类信息溯源管理体系中融入区块链技术的方案，在溯源系统的底层信息存储中采用“区块链+数据库”的新型存储模型对数据进行存储操作。
文章首先介绍区块链溯源技术的相关技术研究背景以及其现状，简述文章主要内容。其次，介绍了区块链的概念和基本原理，随后介绍了本文使用的区块链开发平台Hyperledger Fabric。紧接着对整个系统的方案设计进行了设计和实现方式，最后对系统功能进行测试。
MEAT TRACEABILITY SYSTEM BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN
ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the improvement of peoples demand of healthy and high quality of life, peoples demand for eating safety has also become higher than before. At the same time, in order to obtain higher profits, some unscrupulous businessmen have to refill them, which makes the quality and safety of food facing many threats. Most of the meat traceability systems currently on the market are faced with the problems of inconsistent information collection standards, unsafe data storage methods, and easy tampering of information. Therefore, a more secure, transparent, and reliable traceability system is urgently needed for strengthening the supervision of the entire meat industry chain.
In order to solve the problems in most traceability systems, combined with the characteristics of blockchain technology, the paper proposes a solution to integrate blockchain technology into the traceability management system of meat, by applying blockchain technology to store the underlying information in the traceability system, and propose a set of blockchainbased technology for the meat traceability management system.
The paper first introduces the relevant background and current status of the research of blockchain, and then briefly describes the main research content of the work. Secondly, the concept and basic principles of the blockchain are introduced, followed by the Hyperledger Fabric, the blockchain development platform used in the article. Immediately afterwards, the scheme designing of the entire system was designed and implemented, and finally the system functions were tested.
