互联网金融对商业银行盈利能力的影响研究
摘 要
随着互联网金融的快速发展,互联网金融对商业银行的盈利模式产生了一定的影响。本文采用理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法研究互联网金融对商业银行盈利能力的影响。理论方面,本文采用长尾理论与金融中介理论进行分析;实证分析方面,本文选取十家具有代表性的商业银行在2013——2019年的多项数据,建立面板数据固定效应多元回归模型,以第三方支付和P2P网贷为切入点研究互联网金融对商业银行盈利能力的影响。结果表明,互联网金融凭借其交易成本低、信息不对称问题小、交易相对去中介化等优势弱化了商业银行的金融中介职能,抢占了长尾市场份额,对商业银行盈利能力产生了负面影响,传统商业银行依赖存贷款利差的盈利模式不再能够为商业银行带来稳定利润流入;商业银行也因此开始转型,优化盈利结构,创新互联网金融产品,以应对互联网金融的冲击。在此基础上,本文为商业银行应对互联网金融的冲击提出合理化建议。

nance has a certain impact on the profit model of commercial banks. This paper uses the method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to study the impact of Internet Finance on the profitability of commercial banks. In theory, this paper uses the long tail theory and financial intermediary theory to analyze; in empirical analysis, this paper selects a number of data from ten representative commercial banks in 20132019, establishes a multiple regression model of panel data fixed effect, and studies the impact of Internet Finance on the profitability of commercial banks from the perspective of thirdparty payment and P2P network loan. The results show that Internet finance, with its advantages of low transaction cost, small information asymmetry and relative disintermediation of transactions, weakens the financial intermediary function of commercial banks, seizes the long tail market share, and has a negative impact on the profitability of commercial banks. The traditional profit model of commercial banks relying on deposit loan spread can no longer bring stable profit inflow to commercial banks Therefore, commercial banks began to transform, optimize the profit structure and innovate Internet financial products to cope with the impact of Internet finance. On this basis, this paper proposes reasonable suggestions for commercial banks to cope with the impact of Internet finance.
