美丽中国视野下的生态用地保护问题研究

态用地保护工作取得了巨大进步。本篇论文通过对美丽中国的基本内涵探讨，提出对生态用地保护的要求，并结合当下存在的生态用地面积锐减、识别分类体系不统一和公众生态意识薄弱问题，综合目前存在的法律空缺、监管不到位和生态红线不完善的制度障碍,提出生态用地保护的优化路径和政策建议，为推进生态文明建设提供基础参考。
RESEARCH ON THE PROTECTION OF ECOLOGICAL LAND FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF BEAUTIFUL CHINA
ABSTRACT
Ecological land is an important part of national development and ecological security. Great progress has been made in the protection of ecological land since the 16th national congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the ecological environment as an important basis for the realization of welloff society. By discussing the basic connotation of Beautiful China，this article analyzes the relevant requirement for protection of ecological land. Combining the present problems of sharp declining of ecological land area，without a unified classification system and weak public ecological consciousness，the article discusses institutional obstacle including the existing legal vacancy，imperfect supervision and ecological red line system. Finally, the author provides the basic optimizing path and policy suggestions for the ecological land protection and ecological civilization establishment.
