和土地利用关系协调活动，其集齐了经济特性、社会特性以及自然特性，近年来逐步得到重视。而德国作为最早开始进行土地整理的国家有许多值得我国借鉴和学习的经验和总结。通过研究德国土地整理的过程以及巴伐利亚州的带有当地特色的土地整理，可以发现合理的土地整理要从法制完善，公众参与，乡村振兴，生态保护，科学技术，多功能治理多个方面综合考虑。通过剖析德国土地整理在各方面的进程以及我国土地整理的一些问题，得出一些对于我国土地整理有效的建议。
ENLIGHTENMENT OF GERMAN LAND CONSOLIDATION TO CHINA
ABSTRACT
Land consolidation is a longestablished land reconstruction project and landuse relationship coordination activity. It integrates economic characteristics, social characteristics, and natural characteristics, and has gradually received attention in recent years. Germany, as the earliest country to start land consolidation, has many experiences and conclusions that are worth learning and learning from.
