城市土地集约利用与城市化耦合协调性研究以福建省为例
摘 要
城市化是世界上各个国或者是各个地区走向现代化的必经之路，改革开放以来，中国城市化进程快速的推进。然而快速的城市化在促进城市经济高速发展的同时，也导致了交通拥挤、资源枯竭、环境污染和生态破坏等一系列问题。因此，单纯的从数量多少和规模大小的角度衡量城市化进程已经难以适应现实要求，城市质量才是城市化进程的真实体现。同时，伴随着城市化的发展，城市发展的用地需求急速上升，又因为城市土地存量有限 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072# 
，进而导致土地供需矛盾问题加剧，具体表现为粗放、低效的土地利用方式。城市如果想实现可持续性发展，就必须实现城市土地集约利用。城市化和城市土地集约利用在促进城市持续发展的目标具有一致性。本文以福建省作为研究区域，在探究福建省9个设区市的城市化水平以及9个设区市的城市土地集约利用协调度前提下，研讨两者之间存在何种联系，同时对9个设区市存在的土地利用问题展开分析，以达到福建省的相关政府部门制定集约利用土地的政策奠定基础。
