摘 要
本篇文章重点研究工业企业场地土壤辛硫磷和氰戊菊酯的分析检测。综合运用QuEChERS工艺改进农药残留提取工艺。经由多次预实验,选定乙腈丙酮(2:1)溶剂进行提取。称取若干土壤样品,用乙腈丙酮(2∶1)混合溶液浸渍提取土壤中的农药残留,最后用气相色谱法检测。同时,称量计算土壤样品含水量情况,以分析含水量对实验结果的影响。水与有机溶剂之间有一定互溶,会导致提取不充分,所以加入NaCl,能够破除乳化,利用盐析作用是样品得到充分研磨,使有机溶剂和水能够有效分离,提纯样品。最后,再加入无水硫酸钠去除水分。通过对28个样品的检测,土壤样品中辛硫磷湿土浓度在40 ug/kg~100 ug/kg之间,干土浓度在60ug/kg~120 ug/k *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072

ANALYSIS AND DETECTION OF PHOXIM AND FENVALERATE IN INDUSTRIAL SITE SOIL
ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on the analysis and detection of Phoxim and fenvalerate in industrial enterprise site soil. Quchers process was used to improve the extraction process of pesticide residues. The solvent of acetonitrile acetone (2:1) was selected for extraction. Several soil samples were weighed and soaked with acetonitrile acetone (2:1) mixture solution to extract pesticide residues in the soil. At the same time, the water content of soil samples was measured and calculated to analyze the influence of water content on the experimental results. There is a certain degree of mutual solubility between water and organic solvent, which will lead to inadequate extraction. Therefore, adding NaCl can break the emulsification. The use of salting out is to fully grind the sample, so that the organic solvent and water can be effectively separated and purified. After that, add anhydrous sodium sulfate to remove water.
