多取代共轭烯炔的制备及电催化反应的研究【字数:8931】

共轭烯炔不仅在材料化学和生物化学中有广泛的应用,而且还是有机合成中重要的中间体,常用于成环反应、双官能团化反应等,因此共轭烯炔的合成路线也一直是研究的热点。有关合成共轭烯炔常见途径的有偶联反应制备烯炔;炔烃的二聚反应制备烯炔和金属卡宾参与的反应制备烯炔等,其中过渡金属催化炔烃的偶联反应是制备共轭烯炔的有效方法。本文以制备得到的膦氧联烯和末端炔烃为原料,以金属有机骨架负载的钯纳米为催化剂,实现了多取代膦氧共轭联烯的合成。电催化反应由于其符合绿色化学原理,反应效率高的优点,近年来一直是研究的热点,目前电催化已成功地应用于烯烃和炔烃等许多有机反应中,但是有关多取代共轭烯炔的电化学反应尚未见报道,因此本文在不饱和化合物电催化反应研究的基础上,初步探索了多取代膦氧共轭烯炔在电催化条件下的有关反应。

STUDY ON PREPARATION AND ELECTROCATALYTIC REACTION OF MULTISUBSTITUTED CONJUGATED ENYNES

ABSTRACT:Conjugated alkynes are not only widely used in materials chemistry and biochemistry, but also important intermediates in organic synthesis and often used in cyclization reactions, bifunctionalization reaction, etc. Therefore, the research on synthetic route for conjugated alkynes has also been a hot topic. Tranditional methods for synthesizing conjugated enynes include coupling reactions to prepare enynes; dimerization of alkynes to prepare enynes and reactions involving metal carbene to prepare enynes, etc. Transition metal catalyzed coupling reaction of alkynes is an effective method for preparing conjugated alkynes. In this paper, with the prepared allenylphosphine oxides and alkynes as starting materials, metal organic framework supported palladium nanoparticles as catalyst, polysubstituted conjugated enynes were synthesized successfully. On the other hand, electrocatalyzed reaction has been the focus of research in recent years because of its advantages such as environmental friendliness and high reaction efficiency. At present, electrocatalysis has been successfully applied to many organic reactions such as olefins and alkynes, the electrochemical reaction of polysubstituted conjugated alkynes however, has not been reported yet as far as we know. Therefore, with the prepared polysubstituted conjugated enynes in hand and based on the previous study of electrocatalytic reaction of unsaturated compounds, this paper explored the electrocatalytic transformations of the conjugated enynes tentatively.

引言
含有共轭烯炔官能团的有机物是一类有着重要应用的化合物,这类结构的化合物分子当中含有共轭的碳碳双键和碳碳三键,并因此而得名。
这种共轭结构广泛地存在多种天然产物和众多药物活性分子当中。烯炔化合物不仅仅是有机合成中重要的原料和中间体,也是一些抗癌药物以及抗生素等物质的重要组成部分,含有共轭烯炔结构的天然产物是目前已知抗癌抗菌活性较高的化合物之一。例如抗癌抗生素卡里奇霉素、天然药物特比奈酚等天然活性药物中都含有共轭烯炔的结构单元。由于双键和三键反应的多样性,共轭烯炔在有机合成中亦占有重要的地位[1]。
