摘 要随着经济社会的发展和汽车方面的电子技术的进步与提高,消费者在汽车的安全性、功能性和对于汽车的安全性与舒适性和功能性方面的标准也是越来越高。这种情况下对于各种传感器、执行部件的数据采集就显得格外重要,但是传统汽车的端到端通信方式存在一些缺点,如线路冗杂、成本高、维修难度大等问题。本设计就是为了解决汽车中点对点采集传感器数据难的问题,同时结合现代汽车工业的实际需要而进行的基础开发。本系统设计采用了STM32F103C8T6 MCU作为核心控制器,采集汽车发动机的油温、转速、进气温度、进气压力、氧气浓度等数据。通过CAN控制器和CAN收发器实现ECU之间的数据传输,再通过电容屏模拟汽车中控台的显示设备作为人机交互的界面,从而实现一款线路简单,可靠性高,成本低,操作人性化的发动机数据采集系统。该系统还可模拟汽车油门与刹车踏板对发动机进行控制。除此以外,显示器还可以监视总线上采集的数据,给客户提供一个准确的实时数据。

Abstract
With the development of economy and society and the progress and improvement of electronic technology in automobile, consumers have higher and higher standards in terms of automobile safety, functionality, safety, comfort and functionality. In this case, the data acquisition of various sensors and executive components is particularly important, but the traditional automobile endtoend communication mode has some shortcomings, such as jumbled lines, high cost, difficult maintenance and so on. This design is to solve the problem that it is difficult to collect sensor data from point to point in the automobile, and at the same time, it is a basic development combined with the actual needs of the modern automobile industry. The design of the system uses STM32F103C8T6 MCU as the core controller to collect the data of automobile engine, such as oil temperature, rotational speed, intake temperature, intake pressure, oxygen concentration and so on. The data transmission between ECU is realized by CAN controller and CAN transceiver, and then the display equipment of automobile central console is simulated by capacitive screen as the interface of humancomputer interaction, so as to realize an engine data acquisition system with simple circuit, high reliability, low cost and humanized operation. The system can also simulate the throttle and brake pedal to control the engine. In addition, the monitor can also monitor the data collected on the bus and provide customers with accurate realtime data.
