一、绪论
（一）选题背景
背景1：在国家对于养殖的大力支持下，农民开始大规模养殖，但是养殖的安全问题却还没有解决，例如2019年5月1日，湖南邵东县鸡坪镇西湖村养殖者王先生的鱼塘被投毒损失好几万、2018年11月26日，位于中山市东凤镇西罟大军街胡先生一鱼塘被装有乳白色疑似毒液的透明红字塑料袋投入鱼塘中，导致全塘五万多斤鱼全部死亡 还有农牧场牛羊丢失案件、散养鸡鸭场被盗案等等，由于大规模的养殖，养殖者根本不能看到场地每个角落，并且由于养殖场大多远离居住地等，所以电力资源短缺，还有规模超大如果利用有线监控成本极高还需要大量的电线后期维护又是一笔不菲的开支。所以有必要做一个利用无线传输，监控易出现危险区域，能够实时警告入侵者也能上传终端设备让管理者也能更好地了解场景现状，能够安心的睡个好觉。
背景2：在旅游业高速发展的今天，私家汽车越来越多，好多人喜欢上了自驾游，带着全家出去野餐、欣赏大自然、体验农村生活、钓鱼，但是很多旅游者对于旅游的地方并不是特别的熟悉，野外危险地的危险标识也并不是特别清楚，据新闻报道每年有好多人在野外池塘、沼泽地、高压危险区、危险野生动物活动区地区遇到危险甚至丧失宝贵的生命 。所以急需一款安防报警系统在有人接近危险区的时候能够警告，如果警告无效后可自动向终端传输抓拍到的人脸能够让危险区的管理者能够及时的阻止危险的发生。
